Love the Slack status tip, @Christine P. Dela Rosa! There's really so much that can be said in a simple status update and through the ways people interact via chat. Sometimes we just need to pay a little more attention.

We're glad to have you here in the Community, @Taranjeet Singh! It's also a great place to learn from each other :)

Wow. That Thursday standing meeting sounds awesome. I'm sure we all have impactful experiences each week (each day?!) that we just forget about as we keep chugging along. Carving out time to purposefully remember and share those experiences on a weekly basis is such great idea!
-
Do you, @Jimmy Seddon ? That's great! What was the last topic you all learned about? And what's been your favorite so far?
-
Sounds like a great way to do it, @Vero Rivas ! Thanks for sharing!
-
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, @Pramodh M . I agree that a little empathy and friendliness go a long way!
-
Thanks for giving it a read, @Ajay _view26_! For sure. Remote teams can absolutely be great teams, too!
-
So glad to hear this, @Vero Rivas! 🙌

Totally hear ya here, @Andy Gladstone. I wonder if incorporating a little bit of "non-business" time into your already-existing meetings might be a good way to keep those friendly team connections going. Maybe a quick, fun icebreaker question to kick off your team meetings?
-
Such adorable little coworkers! Thanks for sharing, @Jimmy Seddon

Thanks for reading, @Dave Mathijs ! My team has so much fun with icebreakers. They're such a great way to kick off a meeting!

Great tip, @Christine P. Dela Rosa . The simple act of acknowledgement goes such a long way.
-
We're glad you're here, @Jonathan Whitford ! Shared interest groups on Slack are great. Since so many Atlassians don't live near any of our offices, we have a number of Slack channels that are specific to certain cities/states/countries. They're such a nice way for us to meet and feel connected to our local teammates!
-
Love this. Don't underestimate the power of sharing little 'secrets'!
-
Thanks for reading, @Pramodh M !

This is beautiful, @Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_ !
-
Yes, @John Funk ! It's those little things we share outside of our work lives – meals, things around our homes, pets – that can really keep us feeling connected.
-
Love that "end meeting, talk to friend" idea, @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- !
-
Yes! Those random "Hey! I saw this and thought of you!" type messages are the best, @Christine P. Dela Rosa.
-
Such a great idea, @Monica Morris. We're all missing those impromptu kitchen and desk drive by chats that happen naturally in the office – this is a nice substitute!
-
That's great to hear, @Andy Gladstone! We're glad you're getting started with the Playbook. Be sure to give us a shout with any questions you might have along the way!
