Hi, Do you specifically get only issues from yesterday? Since you mentioned you have your "own" workflow, could you check the transition to status Done? Is the set resolution specified. JQL seems fine.
-
Let me know if you need the SQL
-
If you need it on application (issue) level, I think the links you have are also all that I know of. Else, if needed only 1 time for reporting, just use the DB.
-
Just making sure: Are you a member of that project role? This is often overlooked :)

Simple stuff, but often overlooked. Thanks for the tips

Hi, 1-Notifications You could do this using Filter Subscriptions, which are built in JIRA or use an add-on (lots of choices from simple ones to fully fledged script running and escalation services add-ons) 2-SLA work that way. You define a JQL filter for the SLA. So I would suggest using 1 SLA field, with different goals…

Can you attach a screenshot of how you have it configured?

Hi @Yves Riel _Okapya_, These are just the print screens from my original documentation back when we did this (the setup hasn't changed). We're on version: 4.0.2 in production now :) Props for the cool new features. Thanks, Best Regards

I'm not sure regarding your exact query. But just thinking out loud, maybe a scripted field to iterate through issue links and return the wiki one? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/ScriptRunner-Script-Field-Showing-Content-as-Link/qaq-p/676600

Out of the box, I don't think so. We have this setup, however it involves using a paid add-on Script Runner (which also does much much more). If you're interested let me know and I can share the details. Else, maybe you can have a look at free add-ons at: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ Cheers
-
No worries. Regards

Exactly, So your permissions were right after all. I don't know who/why this is in place. Generally speaking to me doesn't make sense as a condition, if the assignee can be set/edited. Instead I would suggest a PULL approach, set a post function to assign the issue to whoever transitions it in Progress. Cheers
-
No problem. Just keep in mind, in case your pipeline will have a lot of changes/customizations, I would suggest ScriptRunner (paid - however one can manage a lot with it) or any other scripting add-on. So if you start relying too much on free add-ons, when it's time for upgrade not all of them might be compatible Cheers

Yes, please check the Condition(1) of that transition.
-
Unfortunately not, just try and highlight transition Start Progress to get a similar view as:

Hi Community, Been here (and enjoyed) for a while now but apparently forgot to share my desk :). I'm Jimmy from Albania and I work as a developer in a multi-national Bank. My current occupation: Core Banking unit, but throughout different job positions here, since their first implementation, I've always been the guy in…

Aaaa I see. You're on a deprecated version :P. Can you check the create permission, as it mentions. Also check the workflow you are trying to transition. Maybe there is a condition there setup? If else, just a send a pic of all permissions and their description. I'm sure we can work it out.
-
Move issues is a confusing one lol. It means to move from project A to B. Not transition. You need this one:

Hi, May I ask, what do you mean by splitting into multiple projects? In case you just split projects, using the same issue types, workflows, fields/screens, etc... I think this has no value. In your case, since projects have become like a dumping ground, splitting would work in theory, if other projects were "restricted".…
-
EDIT: Just make sure that the Permission Scheme is not used in multiple projects, in case you don't want to change their behavior.
-
Glad to help
-
Can you check also the Global Permissions in case of any conflict? In theory you would need to specify both, anonymous and Confluence users. It would help if you had 1 or few Confluence groups, so you can define them also with the View permission.
-
Hi, Of course this is possible. However not directly built-in. I'm assuming you need to assign them to different people, since you require multiple subtasks, instead of just statuses in the main task (implementation, stabilization etc). We have something like this setup. Our setup uses Script Runner post functions to do…
-
Hi, You need to check the permission scheme. Specifically the "Transition Issues" permission. Br, Jimmy

In case you need to report on that field, would suggest a normal custom field and running a script listener on issue updated event to populate that (a bit overload though). If just for viewing purposes you could add a scripted field which calculates data on the fly (on issue load).
-
You have a couple of options: 1 being the built-in post function - "Create a sub-task" Of course you can run a script to check for desired conditions. Say for example same workflow is used for different issue types, you could just specify to run for "Epic" issue type. Another option might be running a script listener,…
-
How do you want it displayed? a report format? a field ?
-
Silly question: Is this happening only with this custom field?
-
Would suggest just to clear cache. Had random issues once with Chrome reported by several users. Cache Clearing fixed it.
