This looks like a problem with the board filter (or even subfilter). Try checking that first.

1-Users need to have access in projects contained by the board filter (check project permissions) 2-Check Board Filter Query (you can easily share it with the mentioned projects above, that way you don't have any missmatch with project permissions)

But the sprint field will already be changed ? Maybe worklog created time checking between sprint start/end date will do ?

Well if it helps, I use my own "custom templates", empty projects with the desired configuration. And then create new projects with shared configurations. 2 drawbacks: 1-This is not yet available via API as far as I know 2-Shared configuration might not be your use case

Still working in JIRA 7.3 1. Stop JIRA. 2. Locate the jira-config.properties file in the $JIRA_HOME directory. If the file does not exist, please proceed to create it. 3. Open the file and add the below on a separate line: jira.export.excel.enabled=true 4. Save this file. 5. Restart JIRA.

Disabling , Re enabling the plugin. (in my case updating also) fixed the issue. This bug really should be adressed as it's the 2nd time it has happened in our production system, unpredictably.
