Hi, First, boards are just a way to represent results of an issue filter. Sure, you can interact and amend issues using boards, but only following the issue's original workflow. I would suggest to take a look at the workflow and make sure that the 'Resolve Issue Screen' is located on both transitions you are talking about.…

...."The magic of the Community is that users answer questions using their own experiences to provide context. ".... Captured the essence. Great Article :)

5.10 ?? That has reached End of Life a while back.

I'm writing here so it can be more visible. What you are asking, imo requires logic and such I have a couple of suggestions in case you are using Script Runner: 1-Use Behaviours You can create a custom behavior for the first field and set the 2nd one as required in case the 1st empty or else. 2-Use a Validator Post…

Could you further explain the situation? Like where, when you need to do this?
-
Yeah sometimes the import works wonders. Feel free to mark this as an accepted answer if it resolved your issue.
-
Have you tried importing the document as a new page?

Hi Raju, This is definitely the most common mistake when building a new workflow. First, I would suggest remove the Resolution field from the Create Screen. I don't see any point for that being there. You can either set this automatic, let's say you know that every issue which goes to status Done will have a resolution of…

It surely looks like so. Though we don't know who Lars is :).

Can you confirm if you have Browse Project permission?
-
What do you mean can't see? Can you access the project? Such as in a board? Are you sure if there are any issues at all in the project? Try doing a jql search for issues in the project. Maybe you are viewing the default view, All Open Issues and if all issues are closed you wouldn't find any in that view.

Hi, Do you have AMUTILS (free addon)? Has the below option which I think would work for you.
-
This is really a vague description. You can checkout the official documentation here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver072/working-with-workflows-828787890.html It's well detailed for basic usage,

Hi, You can set this up at the specific Permission Scheme: Thanks

The whole dashboard, well I don't know if it can be done. But, if it helps, you can send filter results periodically, using filter subscription.

Cool! Nice job Reah :)

I see.. field was configured as mandatory :). Glad to help

Congratulations guys !

As Jack answered, I would not advise to delete. There is no going back after that. Why not simple use a status , i.e cancelled? What's the benefit of deleting 200+ issues? Regarding bulk issue, you need to have permission for that. Check your permissions! And certainly revise your strategy

Fields (system or not) are configured using screens. Service Desk Project will use the screens configured as normally by the screen scheme assigned to that project. BUT customer portal items have a different configuration. Go to Project Settings -> Request Types -> select Edit Fields…

Is this being run as a listener?
-
This is totally custom to how you visualize the terms. Typically components are abstracted into "modules" or part of an application, such as database, gui etc. Though several use them as application. You could try adding a custom field for Applications, and configure it as a select list with different values for different…

For someone just starting to evaluate JIRA, I think it would be difficult. But as you described, certainly doable (Y)

Since you are using the collector, you can easily initialize any custom field from the collector (the email used). So create a custom field and populate it in the collectors body script. Then you can select it to use in the notification scheme. (don't forget to create a new notification scheme, to avoid messing up other…
-
For the 1st Part, if you implement any addon that has script functionality (suggested: ScriptRunner) you could create a listener and do some code logic to whom to send a customized email. Stock though, you can most definitely achieve this by using Event configuration and custom Notification Scheme. For event issue updated,…

This is not built in, however I think technically possible , but it would require some highly customized work.

Do you have AD integration setup for JIRA and Confluence?
-
sure, Service Desk is an application, just as JIRA Core for example. In fact a lot of implementations of Service Desk almost certainly are installed in the same instance as Software. Scenario is that Service Desk servers for the customer/user portal and Software serves for Development. For example raised bugs in Service…

Depends on where would you like to display this. Report only (get data from db or rest service), confluence(integration), jira itself (not sure how to best implement this)
