When you run this query you will get bunch of queries as output, and later you need to run these queries to get desired output.

Casper `utf8_bin` is not correct if you are using Jira 8+. You need to migrate your database to `utf8mb4_bin` to get rid of collation error in health check. If you look closely on the page you have linked, there are queries to help you do this process.

Dude it is a race now, how fast I can comment on fun threads. And share stories. I am from India, we have hell lot of people and hell lot of festivals to calm them down. My favrioute is "HOLI", it is a celebration of beginning of summer. And how do we celebrate Holi, with lots of colors. And it is complete insanity. This…

Yes, you are correct DB backup is part of System Export. And hence, you don’t need to backup internal DB separately.

Take a look this page - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/administering-jira-server-8-4-applications-938846803.html

By "Backup SQL DB" I mean using database specific utility to backup your database. In your case for "MSSQL" Microsoft gives these options - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/backup-restore/create-a-full-database-backup-sql-server?view=sql-server-2017 Your DBA might be aware of this.

Here is a reference to API that you are looking for, https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/#api-search-user-get In this API if you pass, 'cql=type=user', it will search for all users.

@PerennialDevOps You are on right path for production setup. H2 is never recommended for that. On first part of your question, * The migration is straight forward.* Backup old Bamboo instance. * Stop old Bamboo instance * Install new Bamboo instance, * Start new Bamboo instance, * In setup wizard (make sure you don't use…

@Matt LinderThis seems to be the bug in API response. You must report this to Atlassian. I have also checked on my site and response is same, and is error prone.
-
You are right, as of now "New Experience" lack features, but it is simpler to use and will soon catch up in feature list.

You can change the size of Image after adding it and by dragging Blue bar on both side of it. But things like border, and custom width/height are not available yet. Here is reference.

@jigsawfluxI don't think automatically adding license text to every source file when committing is correct way to do this. Reason for this are, * This will add change to code after commit, * Not all programming language allow adding comment on top of file, e.g. bash, so it require some intelligence while adding license to…

@Matt LinderAt a first glance, your url "https://{url}/rest/search?jql=.." doesn't seems to be correct. It must be "https://{url}/rest/api/3/search?jql=..." Here is reference to REST API - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/?#api-rest-api-3-search-get

@Jabari Harris Take a look at this documentation - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/roadmap-957979308.html especially point number 7 in "Understand your roadmap" section. As per this you can change color of individual Epic. But this is limited to set of color provided by Atlassian. Issue for unlimited…

@SagarThe resource you trying to access is removed from Jira Cloud in favor of API tokens, OAuth, or Atlassian Connect. Here is deprecation/removal notice by Atlassian - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/deprecation-notice-basic-auth-and-cookie-based-auth/ I suggest you to use basic authentication which…

@Andy MaroneyYou are not doing anything wrong here. Atlassian is migrating Confluence to New Editing Experience, and you are seeing these changes in menu items because when you create a new page it start with New Editing Experience. Whereas, old pages are kept on Old Experience. Here are screenshots to show you difference.…

@Marisa Medinathis is not possible for normal user to view roles of other team mates. You either need to Jira Administrator or Project Administrator (for specific project) to view this information.

New goals to achieve, hurray!!!

@adityalochanThanks for clarifying, I have some idea now. So you want to customize content in sidebar to suite your need. This will not straight forward but I can point you towards right direction. Checkout this documentation - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configure-the-sidebar-317194694.html Last section of this…

I can't share my logo, but it is mostly centered around first letter of company name. And using primary color is way to go for us. I have also gone through Atlassian's design guideline, and it is great resource for anyone to start thinking about logo - https://atlassian.design/

@adityalochanI'm sorry, but I think I am missing something. Everything on "Page Tree" is already a link.

I have given this one a trial - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4909/content-exporter-word-pdf-html?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

@Corinne DentThanks for taking this up. @Mike RathwellWe started using Jira 7-8 years back, and we always use to forget adding time tracking to issue, and after some time we realized that all non important recently generated issues get assigned to sprint whereas all old issue keeps on slipping. So we stated adding dates,…

@Fredrik Åström I got your point. Let me try out this with extension and see if this works on my site. One quick side note, if you are building an addon, you can use JavaScript API provided by Atlassian to fetch data. Here AP.request is recommended to call rest api from Jira site.
