@rajasekaran.sundararajan Welcome to the community. From URL it seems this is locally installed Confluence instance, for this to get access either connect with Space Admin or Site Admin. Your IT team can also help here.
-
@weatherhou welcome to the community Site sync is not provided by Atlassian by default, I suggest you take a look at plugins which does this stuff on marketplace.
-
@Rosana Casilli The simplest way I found was having separate stories for development and validation, and then add items under them and link them using issue link. Subtask in Jira are not part of many reports so they make life bit tougher.

No less meetings even on holiday. Multiple geographies is pretty tough. One suggestion - Having a no meetings day every week.
-
Super difficult for people like me, I'm assigned to multiple engineering team to help them in solving technical issues and help them design resilient systems. But I'm into smaller ad-hoc meeting, they are fun and objective oriented instead of one hour long discussion that starts with waiting for people to join and…

@Paulina Zeng I'm in.

@PPGod Best solution I can recommend, and I'm using is run a cron command to delete files that are older then x days. Something like this - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/remove-old-backup-automatically/qaq-p/57461
-
Hey @PPGod You need to a couple of things here, * Setup CRON to run periodic SQL backup of your database * Setup another CRON to rsync SQL backup and your site's home folder. This is best and recommended way to have a backup in Confluence Server. Take a look at this page for details…

Welcome to the community @[deleted] If you are developing for Jira cloud, I'm not sure where do you want to add this dependency. Now, if you using Java for cloud plugin development you can * download this Jar from here…

@bjarne.thisgaard Welcome to the community. I think you forgot to add screenshot mate.

I need to find this.

Hey @karthik.mahendrakumar Sorry for the late response; got busy with the office work. Now coming to the question, as much as I know there is no know substitution to this. There is this ticket tracking progress on this - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-60005 And this is how new feature are implemented by…

@Alok Juneja I think only mistake you are making it not escaping html sent in value.

@Preethi Srikakula Welcome to the community! The simple answer is yes. Nothing will happen to your data in server instance as migration is fully read-only process. But you should not allow users to do activities in server instance after migration as it will cause data mismatch in server and cloud instance.

@karthik.mahendrakumar Welcome to the community This macro was in list of macro that were removed as a part of new editor experience in Confluence cloud. Read this for more information - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/learn-which-macros-are-being-removed/

@Rosie Thomas It seems more of a disucssion then question. Jira is online tool and like all online tool it does promote work from home. As a suggestion I can only say read through Atlassian blogs like this - https://www.atlassian.com/blog/technology/remote-it-best-practices
-
Good work @Gonchik Tsymzhitov and thank for sharing references, not many people in community are doing that.

Premortem +1

Great read.

Thanks @Hannah McKenzie @Irene I need to video to share among my team.Since most people are working remotely, and I believe having access to Jira/Confluence on mobile reduces turn-around time drastically, but to convince my team for this videos will be really helpful.
-
Need to spend some time on Youtube now.
-
What I liked is advance announcement and resources that Atlassian have created for cloud migration.
-
@Hannah McKenzie do you have video demo handy (which is publicly available)
-
Nice collection.
-
Will this help if instances are hosted on AWS, using Atlassian provided templates?
-
@Jingyu Miao Welcome to the Atlassian community. I'm not completely able to get what you mean to say by tab in confluence. If you are talking about tabs on top, "Home, Recent, Spaces etc" you can't do much about that. If you are talking about links to the page is sidebar they will appear in space as soon as you create…
