@Amit VaidyaEasiest thing :-) * https://devtools.ubm-us.net/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa is Jira server * https://informa-ge-sfdc.atlassian.net is Jira cloud How do I know? Currently Jira cloud site can only have URL in <SITE_NAME>.atlassian.net format, it might change after this issue is fixed -…

Horrible things can happen sometimes :-)

Sorry no updates as of now!

Something like this will work for you, BASE_URL/rest/api/3/search?maxResults=10&startAt=0&jql=project%3DICT%20AND%20status%3DOpen%20order%20by%20created%20DESC

@John Funknice going!

@sgole There many Data-table/grid implemetation available for JS these days, you can choose from them. Here is not so comprehensive list given in this thread - https://www.angularminds.com/blog/article/15-useful-javascript-based-data-grid-libraries-for-web-app-development.html I have used Handsontable just because the zip…

@pari This is not directly possible, as a workaround, * you first need to fetch top commits from each branch * and compare these two commits (you can compare api)

@Kyle ManelEach distribution have defined steps for upgrading Postgres without data loss. I used this gist - https://gist.github.com/delameko/bd3aa2a54a15c50c723f0eef8f583a44 for Debian like distribution, and I had no loss of data.

@Zulkernan ahmed by old Jira home I mean home folder of existing instance (I got this implication that you are upgrading your Jira as you have mentioned about existing database). If my assumption is not correct, please visit 'version & licenses' screen and you will be guided from there. You can also take a look at this…
-
@Zulkernan ahmed Welcome to the Community! If you are connected to existing database, and have used old Jira Home you don't need to update License in new installation. You can check details of your license, * Gear ICON (top-right) -> Applications * Versions & licenses

@mukeshnandan9 Welcome to the community! This is what you should have a look for Confluence Knowledge Base - https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/com-mysql-jdbc-exceptions-mysqlnontransientconnectionexception-when-installing-confluence-on-mysql-on-os-x-10-4-due-to-mysql-networking-configuration-120521273.html

@Andy - PTC RedundantNo goals this side. But some things are on track, * I have restarted my GYM after a break of 6 months. * Reading book is back on track * But, something is still missing, I don't know what :-) Apart from this, I am working at same place for 10 years so change is not happening for me on work front :-(…

@yashraj basan Welcome to the community! You are mostly correct about everything. * Basic authentication* Good for testing etc. * I have system that makes lots of request to Jira using this without any issue * Authentication is pretty fast * Cookie Based authentication* Not good, session expiry depend on activity etc. *…

@Kyle Manel May I know what OS are you on?

@Johannes Sperling Welcome to the community! The simplest answer to your question is there is not Windows client for Confluence.

@Payal Patel To fetch multiple issue as a time you need to use issue search API. Documented here - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/#api-rest-api-3-search-get here if you don't provide anything in search it will return all issues, and if you want to limit issues to specific project you can…

You can simply login to "Jira" and visit page like, BASE_URL/browse/ISSUE_KEY If you can access this page, try BASE_URL/rest/api/3/issue/ISSUE_KEY (in same browser to validate rest) If both of these work fine, you have access, and you might be making some mistake in API call.
-
@Payal PatelJira Cloud API is for sure more powerful and easy to use (you will find lots of resources build around that). If you are getting 'access forbidden' error do check with your Administrator that if you have access to Jira Cloud, otherwise only way to 'assignee' for you is by making that field visible.

@Vivek_ModiGreat assignment problem. Now, coming to your questions, We can create database in definition of MySQL service (the recommended way) 'MYSQL_DATABASE' environment variable is just doing that. Now, once we are done with this, we have all the details about our database, * Host of database (i.e. 127.0.0.1) * Name of…
-
@Payal Patel Welcome to the community! Looking at conversation with @carlosughini , it seems you are using Service Desk Rest API, and not Jira Cloud Rest API. As per documentation of API you are using, This method returns the customer requests in a queue. Only fields that the queue is configured to show are returned. For…

@Vivek_Modi On your first question, * -proot_user_password* This is '-p' and then the password of user that is trying to accessing. * -e* This is to execute SQL mentioned after this. In above case it was 'SHOW DATABASES' * Coming to environment variables, * MYSQL_DATABASE - Name of database I wish to have in defined MySQL…

@Vivek_Modi Please try this one, above was just an example. image: debian:stretchpipelines: default: - step: name: MySQL Test script: - apt-get update && apt-get install -y mysql-client - mysql -h 127.0.0.1 -u root -proot_user_password -e "SHOW DATABASES" services: - mysql definitions: services: mysql: image: mysql:5.7…

@Angus Roberts Welcome to the Community! I don't think this is directly possible. But you can somehow work around this, I have formatted my Q&A like this with expand macro. Edit Page View page

@Vivek_Modi As you have defined service and you know details of database connections, I don't think you should have any problems in next steps. * Set your connection values to use defined database* You can also pass them to `build-projects.sh` * Or if you have config file, set these value in it * Create some dummy data,*…
