Hi @Konstantin and welcome to the Community! Can you provide more information about the steps you are taking to register in the system and what you are using the Issue ID for? Hopefully people here on Community can help you figure it out! Carolyn

Hi @Arnis Riškovs , The method I've seen used to best results is to have a separate project where developers work the bug, and link that issue to all the tickets in the Jira Service Management project (you can use 'is caused by', for example). Then use Jira Automation when the developer resolves the bug issue to either add…

Hi @SISTEMA E TI and welcome to the Community! Can you elaborate more on what you mean by this in your question? Where are you seeing this come up? Any screenshots or more info you can provide to help others help you? the Trello framework, which is creating a copy as an involuntary backup

Hi Mike, You can go into the Admin Issue Type screen, and see all related schemes that are using this "test" issue type. When you click into each related scheme, you will see the Projects that use it. Let me know if that's what you're looking for. Best, Carolyn

@Jelena Pavić You can create a Support request for billing here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=billing_licensing&support_type=customer You should be able to do that even with a free plan.
-
Ok, I will try to flag this and get some help for you 🙏

Atlassian Status doesn't have any known problems today. When you click on "Contact Support", can you get help there? (or is it not available because you're on the free plan)

Hi @Jelena Pavić and welcome to the Community! If you are seeing error messages, can you post them please? Can you make sure you are subscribed to Jira software and Confluence as different products? You may only have Jira work management, for example. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/free Best Carolyn

Thank you for answering my questions about the app @Melek Jebnoun_Vectors_ - it clarified your vision for how the app can be used, and I think it has a very nice use case!

Hi @Melek Jebnoun_Vectors_ , Nice video and app! I have a few questions - Can you search for Questions within the main Confluence search? Are Questions a different content type? How is this app different than Questions for Confluence?…
-
Thanks for the post @Levente Szabo _Midori_ I learned a lot from the video, and it's giving me more ideas how to use the app better.

This is a really fun comment section indeed! So much creativity out there in the world... I recently watched Chef's Table: Pizza on Netflix, and found it really fun to see the local flavors brought to pizza - kimchi, flowers, fish, etc. I highly recommend it! https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21839470/episodes/?ref_=tt_eps_sm…

This one is super important! thanks, Utkarsh! If you don’t know the answer to a few questions, leave them initially. There is a high chance that the other questions will give you an idea about the answer to the question in which you got stuck.

I've never thought of a 'career bucket list' before since I feel that a career naturally evolves and that's what's so interesting about it. Follow where your interests blossom and pursue it with your talent and energy. I do love to travel and I would like to travel more as part of my work. Many people say that when you…

I'd seen a few of these paths before, but not the Atlassian Ways of Working one, so I'm going to go for that one!

Thanks for sharing your journey from "meeting Jira" till now @Tom Zhu ! Your link to the book says 'page doesn't not exist'. I'm interested in reading your thoughts about how Jira is used in China, etc. Let me know if there's another way to access it.

I also have a soft spot in my heart for trees on tiny islands. This one you can swim around, but cannot go on the island itself, to protect the trees and prevent erosion.

What a fun thread- I have a few photos of EXCELLENT TREES This is a weeping willow in the springtime. I also love when they are dramatically sweeping over water. This tree lives in the botanical gardens, where it can be appreciated by many:

Hi Patrick, welcome to Community! Take a look at this article to see if you can do what you need to. For example, can you copy and paste your rows into cards? If so, that'll cover you with one copy and paste. (Obviously one time only) Otherwise, you can look into Power ups.…
