Hi Tuncay, Nice to see you here too :) I think you also get a badge for posting an introduction!

Ok, so that should be fine then. Can you try integrating from the opposite way from what you've already tried and see if that works? (i.e. Slack to Jira or Jira to Slack) After that, I'm not sure what's causing this error- you can follow up with Support.

I was thinking Administer Projects permission. Is one of the groups listed there?

Hi Mayra, and welcome to Community! I just typed out a long answer to you, but lost it :( You can certainly use Confluence for task assigning and tracking by using the Task Report macro and Task lists. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/task-report-macro-590260009.html…

Hi Teddy and welcome to Community! Can you double check the permissions in the particular project you are trying to connect up? One possibility is that the admin groups you listed are not in the permissions to edit the configurations. As an admin, you can always add those groups or your user account in, though. Hope this…

Hi Elliott, Are you on Cloud or Server? Screenshot looks like Cloud, but just wanted to make sure. I haven't personally used this add-on, but it's free, so maybe you'd be interested to give it a try (available for Server). Seems to solve the particular problem you have.…

Hi Nadine, Were you looking for a specific configuration? For configuration in next-gen project boards, you can currently do 2 rules- * Automatically change an issue's assignee * Automatically update an issue field Follow the steps here:…

Oi Eulene! Se você gostaria de compartilhar uma das listas regularmente, você pode usar o conceito de "espelhamento". Espero que isto ajude! https://help.trello.com/article/1097-mirroring-cards Carolyn

Hi Gareth, I also experienced this exact same problem yesterday- it's since resolved for me and I can continue as usual. I'll try to see if any Atlassian folks have any insight. Are you on one of the business Trello plans? If so, you should reach out to the support team. I'm subscribed to Trello Statuspage, which I would…

Super cool sub reddit- thanks for sharing! In a similar vein I'm following along with a Goodreads group on Middlemarch for the first 3 months of the year. It helps to break up these classics into smaller pieces and share with a group. The group is sponsored by the library so they are having a party in the middle of March…

Hi @zack- I also had a resolution to read at least 1 book/month for 2019 in categories like Biography or History that I don't typically pick up for a quick read. It was a fun resolution and didn't seem like a burden since I love reading. Maybe I just needed the goal in order to prioritize more time consuming reads. Either…

These are such fun and motivating awards, @Bridget - thanks for putting the time in to doing them :) Congrats, everyone, on making Community better and better each min/day/year. Happy 2019!

Hi Shrikant, Jira Core should be included with your Jira Service Desk purchase. Did you install your purchased license key correctly? One possibility is that you had previously installed a trial license of Jira and now you are attempting to create issues into a "Software" project. Can you doublecheck the project type where…

Learned something new about sprints. Thanks for the explanation and link, @Craig Castle-Mead and happy new year!
-
This is the one time a year where I really want a color printer, so I can pore over it the old fashioned way :) I'll come back to it in a bit...
-
Thanks for the screenshot @Jack Brickey, and Happy New Year!
-
I think I'm stuck at 6... for the color-blind folks, this one is super tough....
-
Hi Knahaiya, and welcome to Community! Change the Browse Project permission on your project to your project user group only. That should prevent anyone else from viewing your sprint. Carolyn

I think it changed now. Can you doublecheck your instance? (in the past, I'm pretty sure it was "Customer Request Type" too)
-
I noticed with JQL that depending on whether you are on Server or Cloud, the field is called different things. On Server, it's “Customer Request Type”. However, Cloud is currently using “Request Type”. Anyway, thanks for clearing up the mystery of your field called "Request Type" :) Since you are on Server, you should be…

Segun este articulo- Create custom text, number, date, time, and label fields for your project's issue types. Required fields, default values and more custom field types and options coming soon. Priority…

Hi Kyle, Are you on Cloud or Server? Did you try using Statistic Type: Request Type? Best, Carolyn
-
Hi Avril and welcome to Community! For the Customer Portal, I believe this is an open suggestion/request that you can vote for, as Atlassian is gathering interest on it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-3855 Best, Carolyn
