Hi Bryan, and welcome! It sounds like you are in Jira Service Desk, so I'll update the tags on your question. Previously, another user had trouble with an add-on conflict: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Approvers-do-not-receive-email-notifications/qaq-p/1115050 Can you check if that could be…

Hi epetrack, Can you copy and paste the URL of the Trello board itself, and email/message it to them? If the board is public, that should work well. Carolyn
-
Hi Yuliia, Something to doublecheck: For the UserPicker field "Members", do you have it configured to only show certain groups? And maybe you are not in that group? * Configure. * Click on Edit User Filtering. * Check the box "Enable group or project role filtering".

The post I've (we've) been waiting all year for! Looking forward to following along for this new concept of portraits of those who work on Community - fun idea. Wishing you lots of holiday warmth and fun, and hope to see you at the next Summit @Thomas Schlegel Carolyn

You're very welcome :) If it answered your question, you can click the Accept Answer button over my answer. Thanks, and have a great day/week!

Hi Guido, I can't figure out a way to do this without clicking into the card itself, and then having the URL in the description. Quite awkward. Just a thought- could you add the links into the About this Board section? Or are you hoping to have a full board of card links? Carolyn

Hi George, Yes, I've noticed the same thing as you when trying to link in the new Editor. I do think there are some kinks they are still working out... I'm following 2 issues related to linking: Link to an undefined page (a page that doesn't exist yet): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-67129 Ability to link text…

Welcome @Jan Tino ! You have a lot of great user experience, and I'm sure you'll be a quick learner on the admin pieces. Look forward to seeing you around here, Carolyn

Hi Joachim! and welcome to Community! Would the users of your Community Forum have licenses to Jira and Confluence? If so, Confluence Questions is a nice app for discussion around questions. This Atlassian Community forum is built on Lithium (not an Atlassian product). It has a robust spam filter, and as you probably…

Thanks for sharing these. Happy to report that my Activity Feed is working as of today! @Monique vdB

You do have to be an admin to close the board, @Vickey Palzor Lepcha @Оля Мовчан Closing the board effectively works like I understand 'archiving' to be, in that it's not permanent. You can always go find the Closed Boards, and reopen them. https://help.trello.com/article/777-closing-a-board

Hi @Kleber Fonseca , Request Participant is a field in your Jira issue. You could write a script most likely. Ask new questions, and you'll get more people to answer and help out. https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/adding-request-participants-939926441.html

Hi Gary, and welcome to Community! There is a network of providers of Trello professional services here, if that is what you are looking for: https://www.atlassian.com/partners Also, if you are looking to talk to others who use Trello and get good tips and tricks, there is a Dallas Trello online community here:…

Hi @Sundaresan , Are you talking about disabling it only on your account or for your instance? If for your instance- * On your cloud site, go to Administration> Billing > Manage subscriptions. * Look for the product you want to reset (Jira or Confluence), select the 3 dots for more options, and then select Delete. * Enter…

Hi @Girish Babu Chougale , 1. Go to your site's Administration at admin.atlassian.com: - If you're an admin for one site, you'll land on the Users page of your site. - If you're an admin for multiple sites or an organization admin, click a site's name and URL to open the Administration for that site. 2. Select Groups from…

Hi @Jack_Balansag , could you use something like AppFusion's Google Analytics for Confluence? https://docs.appfusions.com/display/GANLC/Home Best of luck, Carolyn

Ditto to everything said above! This will help so much in the war against the tags! And to save us time instead of asking 'server or cloud?' ALL THE TIME. One thing that I find a little clunky is how to change collections once you've already started a question in one because if you click on the breadcrumbs, you leave the…

Not that I know of, out of the box. However, a Marketplace app may be able to help you. For example, I searched for "user properties" for Jira Cloud in the marketplace and came up with a few apps that might work, such as this one. (I haven't used any of them though) Might be worth it to test out!…

Thanks!

I moved this thread from a discussion to a question, so I think there is a bug where you can't accept the answer properly. Can you try accepting this answer?

Hi Marc, I just tested in my own instance, and it is working fine to add the assignee as a watcher in general. Could it be some sort of bug with his name and searching it? Have you tried typing the whole name? Carolyn

You're welcome!

Hi @Fahad Siddiqui , Yes, you definitely can! Check out this article for more details. Carolyn

Are a you a Jira admin? You will need to go into the App section to install a new app. Here are the steps. As part of the steps above you will search for and subscribe to Time in Status app. Good luck! Carolyn

Hi Marc, That sounds quirky since you are able to browse and find him to assign him the task, it doesn't sound like a 'browse users' permission problem. (although I'll drop the KB article here just in case) https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/unable-to-browse-for-users-and-groups-120521888.html Are you having trouble…

Hi @Shashank Yadav and welcome to Community! What specific user property are you looking to edit? I have noticed that Jira Cloud is changing very quickly around user management, and so the documentation is still catching up in a few areas. From what I can see in my instance, you can now "Suggest Changes" to a user details…
