Hi Arietta, You may have already done this, but usually when this happens, check and see if the Resolution field has been populated for those issues without a strikeout. Carolyn

Hi Karteek, See screenshot for how to find all available spaces for your move.

Hi Niels, There was an incident involving avatars on Cloud, which has since been resolved: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/jnygk8kr6f1t I recommend to "Subscribe to Updates", so you will get notified if Cloud is having any incidents. Can you check again? Hope it helps, Carolyn

Hi Tom, One suggestion that may or may not work for you: You could set up a separate service desk where staff have access to the Jira Service Desk project as collaborators. That way people can submit their ideas or IT feedback. If you have Confluence, you can set up the macro to display a list of all this issue type…

Hi Thomas, When I've had something similar in the past, I closed them as "Won't Do". Then they are at the end of the workflow and not in your sprints, while at the same time, you can easily see the Resolution is "Won't Do", so they are not actually implemented. Hope it helps, Carolyn

Hi @Maciej Neumann , This is very handy to have all the links in one spot. I can't believe I missed these articles when they were published. Great topic to help others! Did you see that the Atlassian Cloud service is available for registered non-profit charitable organizations for 75% off commercial prices? What does your…

@Rachel Wright Soon you will be out of hot and humid Florida!! For the trekking poles, depends on your preference. I think I bought mine at a Decathlon in Sevilla pre-trip. You could stop around sporting goods stores there if you have time. I definitely think the poles are very useful for stability in general and hills.…

@Community Manager Mission complete! Can Taco be my friend too?

Welcome to Community! So far, I haven't found a way to do this either. I will keep looking though, and update if I find anything.

Hi @Rachel Wright ! This break is definitely an accomplishment, and take it at your own pace, even if you do plan ahead. The hikers that start on the French side of the Camino Frances were mostly blistered up and broken still going into Leon (their first day was a mountain). Take it easy on yourself those first few days,…

Enterprise accounts do have scheduled phone support. For everyone else, the contact form or email. They do usually respond quickly and helpfully. Also the Community is here for you too (well, we can try to help as best we can!) Best, Carolyn

@Andy - PTC Redundant Long live the mega fomo usie! You and @Jodi LeBlanc were top participators in my armchair scavenger hunt of the LSE and that makes you AWESOME in my book. It was fun...

Hi Sophia, Thanks for kicking off the conversation and asking for feedback. Would love to see the new ideas around making the mobile apps work better. Currently, my number 1 pain point is not being able to reply to comments (Android app user). This makes it more painful to follow up with specific things (as you said,…

Must... have... Taco badge (too cute!).... Thanks, @Community Manager !

Doing pretty well @Tinker Fadoua - would love to hang out again soon too. Are you on Goodreads?
-
Thanks for the recommendations! Agree with can't go wrong with Hobbits :)

Good evening, @Tinker Fadoua ! I just finished reading the book "Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup" and I couldn't put it down... I highly recommend it. What's the last good book that you read? Have a great weekend! Carolyn

Happy Friday! You have quite the collection of ways to make coffee. What is your favorite coffee from around the world so far? I've been enjoying robusta from Dalat, Vietnam (in small amounts or it makes my heart pound....) and condensed milk to make a nice iced coffee. For hot coffee I like regular cream or milk. At some…

Looking at your screenshot here, this is in the Marketplace where you are searching (used to search for apps to add to Confluence). The Trello macros should be native to the Confluence Cloud Macro browser (in your initial question's screenshot you were almost there). In fact, based on your screenshots, and if you don't see…

Hi Fadoua! Happy Friday! I must be losing my touch on these- I've gotten 3. How many difference are there?

I think I read roasted the first time I read through this post. What is this broasted recipe, pray tell?

Pretty consistently Thanksgiving dinner ranks as the best food and company for me every year. It's the day to spend together cooking with my family, taking a hike, resting, and enjoying everyone's joint efforts. Also, since many of the dishes are cooked once a year, there's a nice anticipation build up (although I'd take a…

Hi Clifton, and welcome to Community! Do you have Confluence Cloud or Server? If you have Cloud, you should be able to copy and paste the link into the Confluence page. Or search under Other macros for * Trello Board * Trello Link If you have Confluence Server, then vote for this…

This story makes me happy - more pats for Brisket, the good boy. Just keep him away from those BBQ fans in the other thread....

Hi Jennifer, can you post your question as a new one please? You will get more visibility and answers usually. I'm not sure if what you ask can be done. I took a look for the best issue I could find to relate to what you ask and you found it already too :) https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17336 Best of luck!
-
Can you accept the answer if it helped you? Thanks and have a great day!

I think your wish has come true! See the new feature just released today: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html

Interesting- when I use the semi-colon key on my board it toggles the label text visibility, meaning it still shows the color/presence of a label. Your screen shot doesn't have any sign with or without text. Did you figure out something else? By the way, thanks for taking the time to post to resolve!
