@Pranesh Pokale A deactivated user should never count toward your licenses. The reason we keep a deactivated user is for history purposes and also to don't break any subscriptions if any user his/her name. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/deactivate-or-delete-managed-accounts/ Best, Fadoua

Hi @Malik Chettih Based on what I am seeing on the log file, the following is what was suggested to people experiencing the same issue https://stackoverflow.com/questions/41690854/server-http-nio-8080-exec-7-org-apache-coyote-http11-http11processor-service Let me know if the suggested solution worked if not let's check…
-
@sebastian_sadlon Are you still experiencing this problem? Best, Fadoua
-
@Michael My guessing is yes You get your custom field value then apply a method that will increase the time to desired timing https://www.tutorialspoint.com/groovy/groovy_dates_times.htm I can try it if you are willing to wait until tomorrow. Best, Fadoua
-
@Ana Magaly Reyes Are you planning on changing the Project Key as well? Best, Fadoua
-
@Corey Leighton If no one from Adaptavist gets back to you here, I will suggest to raise a ticket on their site directly as they are quick to respond. Best of luck! Fadoua
-
@Nenad Niksic Did you check her Spam?
-
I am afraid yes because when I go inactive for some time (which is not like a long period) I get an email that my site will be deleted.
-
@Sabrina Strang From what I am seeing on my personal cloud instance if a Confluence site has been inactive for some time it gets deleted. However, please raise a ticket with Atlassian by clicking here All the best, Fadoua
-
Also did you disable all plugins before upgrade?
-
@Yong Xin Choon did you check if the user account has all required access to the files on the server? Also even though it is showing as a WARN but there is some problem with DB Please keep us posted Best, Fadoua
-
You are most welcome!
-
Hi @quannd Sorry for the problem you are going through. I will suggest you to raise a support ticket with Atlassian as your case is little bit different than a regular question more related to the application usage itself. Please click here Best of luck! Fadoua
-
Hi @Tammy Kane Can you please send a screenshot after hiding any confidential info? Also do your issues have a resolution set or only status is done? Best, Fadoua

What version of Confluence are you using?
-
Has this been happening since you started using Confluence Server? If not what is the most recent change that could have triggered this behaviour? When I say change I mean either an upgrade or a change at the application or server level
-
Hi @Scott Floyd Did you try other browsers? How about accessing the Confluence site from another computer? Please let me know the steps you already tried when you faced this problem Best, Fadoua
-
No need for the DB backup. Follow the steps on Atlassian Documentation exactly how described. You will have a 100% successful migration. More details under the following: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/resources/ Let me know if you have any questions. Best of luck! Fadoua
-
@Ahmed, Raneez In this case you will have to follow this document's steps: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219672/cloud-migration-assistant-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter let me know if you have any questions Best, Fadoua
-
@Ahmed, Raneez Is your source instance Server or Cloud? How about your target instance Server or Cloud? If source instance is Server you can try a DB backup then restore it in the other instance. Based on your first answer I will be Abe to see what can be done. Best, Fadoua
-
@Darline Spring You will need to learn more about JQL(Jira Query Language). No prerequisite required. Please google JQL in Jira. If you are unable to find Atlassian documentation I will be more than happy to share it with you. Best of luck! Fadoua
-
@Darline Spring These are the only ones I found in the Atlassian University: * https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/949128-managing-agile-boards-and-reports-skillbuilder-course-description?sid=f3163955-25f0-4e39-a42c-2e8872508289&sid_i=21 *…

@Haala Spiranovic - How did it go? any luck?
-
@DH20275693 When restore is running you should see a progress bar and when done it shows that either restore was successful or failed. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Best, Fadoua
-
@Ratna Konathala Can you please elaborate little bit more? Because if Confluence is down you won't be able to refresh the page but if it is slow it is a different story. There are so many things to check so that the admin can locate the issue behind the slowness Best, Fadoua
