Ok I get it @Atalanta . You are looking for a fillable form. How will your users submit it? Confluence out of the box does not have this option. Unless you use a Marketplace App. Also is your Confluence Data Center or Cloud? Best, Fadoua

Hi Kelly Unfortunately any changes to the template will only apply to newly created pages. They won’t apply to existing ones. Best Fadoua

@Megan Liou 3 different projects that will share the same configuration. It will save you from lot of maintenance. They may have some slight differences that can be added in labels or components. Best, Fadoua
