Welcome to the Atlassian Community @YURIY KRYSKO We missed your question. I only came across it today. Anytime there is a vulnerability you will have to follow Atlassian's recommendations. Usually they either suggest to upgrade or they provide the steps to fix the problem. Best, Fadoua

Hi @YooChung Na Usually when your site has been inactive for a certain time, Atlassian notifies you that they will deactivate it. If they see that there is activity they won't. Best recommendation will be to remain active on your site as it is the only way to keep it. Best, Fadoua

-
Hi @JooHyun Park Reviewing old questions then came across yours. I am sure by now this is no longer an issue. Usually the vulnerability specifies which application is affected. If no other application was mentioned that means it is safe and you only have to follow the steps suggested by Atlassian to fix the vulnerability…

Hi @이채윤_Chaeyun Lee_ We are volunteer, we don't have any access to users accounts. You will have to raise a ticket with Atlassian by clicking here. However when was the last time you used your instance. If you have been inactive for some time Atlassian sent you notifications before deactivating the account. Check your…

Just came across your question @Steven Villanueva , hopefully this is no longer a problem.
-
@Mohamed Saad Taha Definitely with ScriptRunner you can get the desired outcome. I will recommend to use resolution vs status because if resolution is not set even though the Status is showing as done to Jira the issue is not resolved. Jra goes by resolution. Adaptavist has a rich library to help you. @Niranjan shared the…

Hi @Scott Hassell Did you create a ticket with Appfire?

@Ankit Tiwari It depends if it has been some time since Atlassian sent notifications that your site will be deactivated, unfortunately your data will be lost. If not which I hope they will restore it. Kai already reached out to Atlassian. Hopefully some good news. Best,

@Keith Furnell I will request Atlassian's assistance since your question is related to their product updates roadmap. All the best.

Hi @Derek Fields _RightStar_ It is a deja vu situation. Postman works just fine but not within A4J which always makes me think that either a configuration at the server level or Jira are the blockers. May be a good question for other champions in slack. Best, Fadoua
