@Trudy P Claspill we are using SAFe in DC and were told after migration to Cloud we can have the hierarchy we have in DC which is more than the 3 levels

Yes it will definitely be a huge plus. May be because Initiatives can be on a different project which a user may not have permission to Browse that could be one blocker
