@Daud Jusab My first question will be do you have Browse Permission to every project within your instance?

I agree with @Gunjan Kumar your side bar can be customized. Projects are now called Spaces.

@Adrian Avalos did you check the permissions in both projects? Also the user executing the rule? Also if I recall it right it has to be a global rule so you can use more than 1 project.

Good day @Michelle Gronwold Confluence On-prem out of the box doesn't offer such functionality. You will need to install a Marketplace App to achieve the desired outcome. Best, Fadoua
