Will it work if the person needs to enter custom fields on transition?

Hi @Peter Jetter Very nice question and we had a similar one at Move Work Forward. I had the same filling when tried it a couple of month ago, but now our team has 1 place where you can: - have a central place for all app/service related info - docs, builds, useful links, chat links, incidents. - the score cards help us…
-
Thanks @Sharon Tan for organizing and everybody for attending. Tons of cool stuff.

-
Hi @Kellie Noumi Thanks for writing. Are you looking to create an issue from a message in a channel? Thanks, Leo
-
@Milan Jacoby Thanks for asking. 1. Private channels are not permitted by Microsoft. So it is not technically possible for any App (at this moment). 2. The messages stay in the chat even if you deleted the App. Deletion of the app does not cause the deletion of the data it had produced. P.S. You can always try Advanced…
-
Hi, You can try this app. Please let me know if you need any help. Regards, Leo
-
@Lydia Roth Another interesting point. The filters do not have the fields/columns associated with them, they are with the user of the filter. Which means each user can view different columns to see the data for the same filter.

Hi, If you want to have a 2-way integration @Benjamin Thomas you do need 2 licences (Teams and Jira). There is no app that allows you to map multiple Teams users and one Jira user. And it is not a good practice in general. I suggest to schedule a video call to discuss your requirements in details…
-
Hi Sushmitha, Thanks for asking and hope you are well. There are multiple ways and apps that can help you. I assume you are not going to build this integration yourself, so we will concentrate below on Atlassian Marketplace Apps. It really depends on what exactly you are looking for. Feel free to ask more details. Here are…

Hi @Daniel Toplak Thanks for the comment. The Bitbucket does not send pipeline events to 3rd party apps. You can get notifications for commit status update events. This blog post could be useful. If you could elaborate what you are trying to do - We can see if we can improve our Microsoft Teams Bitbucket Connector to serve…
-

-
Hi, Nice question. You definitely can do it with Advanced Microsoft Teams Jira Connector. And it pretty easy. 1. You configure "Issue assigned" event and select the required user group. Like shown below. 2. You select your Microsoft Teams destination. 3. You get a card in Teams when an issue is assigned to a user from that…
-
Hi, Good question. I don't think it is possible and I also think it is a risky feature. Normally, an integration would need to understand who is using it on Microsoft Teams end and who is that person on Jira's end in order to make sure the person has the permission to see those issues/filters. If you remove that check…
-
Got you @Peter G thanks. Is this the only issue you see? feel free to schedule a zoom call with me to discuss it.
-
Hi @Peter G Thanks for writing. I am curious to understand what features are missing? Please feel free to schedule a zoom call - https://www.moveworkforward.com/schedule-a-demo Thanks, Leo

Hi @Sanjay Koravi Good question. It also really depends on which use cases you want to solve. Advance Microsoft Teams Jira Connector works well for notifications and 2-way integration for IT and Software Projects. We also use it for personal notifications and support cases. If you want to chat feel free to schedule a call…
