Hi @Iain Thomson I assume you are talking about official Atlassian Confluence Cloud integration. Most probably your browser does not allow cookies for this tab, as a result, the login does not work. If it does not work in Teams, it does not matter if it works in another browser, as you cannot bring the Cookies. Cheers, Leo

Hi, I have not done exactly this, but sounds like you can have a field which contains the Teams group and use Jira Automation to send a webhook to kick off Power Automate. There is no easy way to pass the identity though.. you may have to use some service accounts. Cheers
