hi @Calvin Kwan If you access my.atlassian.com and on the top you see Orders? And the details listed? Once you locate the quote, you can click Place Order / Pay Quote Re: the AI bot - go directly to support portal: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Choose - Billing and payments and that should take you to questions…

You can click "Need more help" and submit as you see.

Hi @Jose María Rodriguez Medina This is one off those moments, I hear you. Try option1 (this is my personal opinion), option2 if you think its the best for you. Option 1: Check with Internal IT team If the former administrator used company email (looks like it is) * Reactivate/Access the Email: Work with your company's IT…

Hi @kashish verma Status looks operational https://status.atlassian.com/ * Have you got any email about your account? * Is this organisation account and everyone sees the same error? * You can reach out to support if this is a blocker

Hi @Dev You've analysed the technical options well. Unlike Jira Data Center(where ScriptRunner could inject custom JavaScript into the browser to manipulate fields dynamically), this is a limitation in Jira Cloud as it operates on Atlassian's Forge and Connect platforms As ScriptRunner Cloud Behaviours rely on Atlassian's…

Great feature and bringing page approvals directly into Confluence adds much-needed governance, activity tracking, and publishing gates right where people are already collaborating. Native Approvals is Atlassian’s answer to lightweight governance, it splits the market based on complexity. It is a clever strategic move.

Hi @Katrina L_ Coker Many congratulations on the book. Send your request directly to Atlassian’s Trademark team at trademarks@atlassian.com. Their current guidelines specifically direct trademark-use questions and permission requests there, and say that reproducing Atlassian screenshots or imagery requires permission.…

Hi @Miguel Santos echo @Sebastian Krzewiński do you see any errors? Hows your write scope permission look like? * Your integration must request a write scope. Check that, try changing scopes, reconnect/re-authorise so the access token is reissued. See Atlassian API reference and scope guidance * Are there any page…

Hi @Scott Melhop I believe current Confluence MCP servers rely on standard REST API v2 endpoints for reading and writing Confluence Storage Format (XML/HTML) text content. Uploading and displaying visuals involves a two-step process that most standard MCP implementations don't combine into a single tool yet. Looks like a…

Hi @Arkadiusz Wroblewski My bad. I agree completely. I should have been more clearer. I'll just try to rule out the error and then remove again. Thank you for the mention and pointing out the reference article

hi @Jan Martin The issue looks like a protocol/port mismatch between the Bitbucket Runner and Docker. Can you try one of these approaches: Option A: Switch to Windows Named Pipes You can explicitly force the runner to use the Windows Named Pipe by setting the DOCKER_HOST environment variable in your bitbucket-pipelines.yml…

hi @Mohan Reddy I believe this is common design limitation with default worklog_created webhook payload.Have you tried/considered the following options? * URL Parameter Substitution in Jira Webhook? * or Enrich the Payload using Jira Automation ?* set webrequest URL to ServiceNow rest api endpoint * or Fetch the…

Hi @Tia Marciel No. Confluence MCP & AI Space Access * How Analytics Tracks Views: Confluence Analytics measures front-end UI page loads (i.e., when a user opens and renders a page in their web browser or mobile app). * MCP / API Behaviour: When an AI agent uses the Confluence Model Context Protocol (MCP) server or REST…

Validation is key here: yes, it can absolutely be optimised. What users can do * Avoid Mega-Pages: Pages with hundreds of rows, large tables, or dozens of dynamic macros. Instead,* Split huge pages into smaller sub-pages using a clear parent-child page hierarchy. * Paginate Data: Configure macros (like Jira Filter to show…

Hi @kilian_liss I hear you. Confluence looks simple on the surface, its editor and real-time collaboration engine run a complex web app under the hood (handling dynamic rendering, live autosaves, complex macros, and permission checks). That said, it certainly shouldn’t be causing system-wide lag to this extent. I hope you…

Hi @Austin Scott No, not out-of-the-box today. If you are using Gemini: Don't search for static OAuth Client IDs/Secrets. Go to the Google Cloud Marketplace, install the Rovo Agent listing, and complete the OAuth consent prompt in your browser. See Rovo-Gemini-marketplace If using non-Gemini : Switch from the A2A tab to…

Hey @Anand Ramanna No, it is not possible to create repositories with the exact same name across different projects. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-19706. Please vote and watch for the issue. Try these workaround to see if meets your requirements * Prefix or Suffix Repositories with the Project Key/Name* Add the…

nice one @Daria Spizheva_Reliex_ very comprehensively written, a very useful guide for teams to choose based on their requirements.

Hi @Tomasz Karliński If you have script runner, you could use Behaviours. Or you could achieve this using Native cascading select and Jira Automation. See this video and hopefully it helps Automation & Cascading Select

Hi @Don Hames if it helps, see similar post https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Atlassian-AI-Rovo-articles/Rovo-Dev-Trial-A-Beginner-Friendly-Guide/ba-p/3264039. Hopefully the sources section should be the answer.

Hi @Stavros_Rougas_EasyApps Thank you, that means a lot. I’m glad the post resonated, and I really appreciate you adding such a practical perspective. The human side is exactly what makes these discussions useful. This is thoughtful feedback, and I really appreciate the depth of it. You’re absolutely right that structure…
-
Hi @__ Jimi Wikman Really well said. Structure is the foundation and without it, lifecycle and governance can only do so much. I love your point about metadata too, that’s exactly where Confluence can become much more useful. Approvals and Guard feel like promising steps in that direction, and for the approval we have…

Hi @Robbin Miculinich If @Pablo V_ mentioned is your expectation, then I echo that information.
-
If you go to Settings - Announcement Banner, you can write the message. It can be a plain text as below or write a fancy HTML script if you like to link a mail or teams/slack channel. Make sure, it is visible to users. Would that be your expectation?
-
Hi @Robbin Miculinich You mean on your Jira site? so users see the message when they access? If so, have you thought of native announcement Banner?
-
Yes Jeremy well correct, we will all miss that. I wish this feature was in Data Center as well.
-
Hi @Osama Abdallah https://status.atlassian.com/ doesn't show any incidents. Whats your issue? Can you elaborate more?
-
Hi @Kanwar Robinson Atlassian’s docs describe the rate limit as calls to the Rovo MCP server, not the number of downstream Jira/Confluence REST requests the server may make internally to fulfil one tool invocation. So in practice, one client request to the MCP server should count as one MCP call against the 10,000/hour…

Hi @Emma Handley Seems like a well-known limitation. Jira doesn’t support point-in-time reporting columns out of the box, however you can approximate or come close enough using custom JQL or Jira Automation. * Try the JQL like and export them separately to get the status of each ticket. Ex: created >= "YYYY/MM/DD" AND…
