But, when you have restriction permission, you can set a restriction to "page A" (Edit Restriction) and the persons, who are not permitted to write on this page can't change the restrictions. If you have blog deletion permission, then just go to your blog post you want to delete and click the 3 dots in the upper right corner and choose "Delete".
