Hi @Ojash_Panchumarthi You can create space shortcuts. If you are on confluence cloud, you can add this on the sidebar: If you are using confluence server, you can also add a space shortcut similar. Check this out for confluence server: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/the-space-sidebar-777010845.html As long as I can…

Hi @hitesh.rawal The only way I could think of to achieve this would be the "Content by Label" macro. You have to label the pages with the status. Like this: * Child Page 1 - label with "in_progress" (Status set to IN PROGRESS) * Child Page 2 - label with "complete" (Status set to COMPLETE) * Child Page 3 - label with…

Hi @Simon Nimführ The Task Report macro doesn't have this possibility. Waht you could do as a confluence server user, write your own user macro. This needs some programming skills. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @PLA The panel macro was removed from the new editor. Here some links: * The JIRA Issue to vote for this feature * The announcment of removing some macros. Regards, Dominic

From out of the box confluence: no, there is no way. Perhaps it would work with REST API. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/#api-api-content-id-label-post Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Craig Doran On confluence cloud, you could only copy one page. See documentation. This method of copying a page doesn't copy the child pages. Please add your vote to issue CONF-2814 if you'd like to see this improvement. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Annike Brake No, you can't create a user macro on confluence cloud. The only way I see is to label the pages and filtering the "recently updated macro" to these labels: Regards, Dominic
-
This is awesome!
-
Hi @Anna Ivanova Yes, you need plugins. We have "Scroll PDF Exporter". It's really easy to use and you can make your company templates. Hope this tip helped you. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Annike Brake A user macro would be possible. I could help you with that. But you are on confluence cloud. User macros aren't available on confluence cloud. Hope this helped a bit. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Angela Boston There are 2 types of links: * Full link * Tiny links The Full Link has the space key in it, like: /wiki/spaces/CPJ/pages/3145795/Link1 The Tiny Link doesn't have the space key in it, like: /wiki/x/QwAw These links are great for sharing, like mails oder text messages. In Confluence, I always recommend to…

Hi @Ronak Patel The link you provided is the link to the confluence server documentation. In the cloud, the name isn't "section", but "layouts". And the documentation for that is here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/add-formatting-to-your-page-724764836.html#Addformattingtoyourpage-layouts Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Dave Vrona The official user groups are displayed here: https://ace.atlassian.com/. Just search for a city nearby you. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Barak Epstein I think the problem is, that you don't have write permission on the space. The restrictions on a page can not overrule the space permissions. Check out the documentation for space permissions. Regards, Dominic
-
You can not change the storage format. There are a few plugins for that: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=html%20editor Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Umal Nasir As long as I know, HTML supports just 6 headings. Therefore, Confluence does support these headings and not more. I don't think it is possible to define more headings. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Joe Rattz I tested it and yes, I can confirm that this down't work. A quick search and I found the bug in the jira backlog: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-68395 You can vote for this issue by clicking "This affects my team". This issue is in the long term backlog, so don't expect the fix soon. Regards,…

Hi @kwells First of all you need to understand the principe of watchers (Documented here). As explained there, you get mails for edits, deletions, attachments and comments. You only get those mails, if you are a watcher of the page or of the whole space. So if you have 2 units, I would recommand you to create 2 pages. In…
-
Hi @Alejandra Yvette Cano A user can watch any space, blog or page as long he as access to the site. He then will recieve a mail for: * Edits (unless the author clears the 'Notify watchers' check box). * Deletions. * Attachments, including new versions or deletions of an existing attachment. * Comments, including new…

Hi @Poorvi Jhawar I think this question cannot be answered so easily without background knowledge. First, I would ask you which meetings you would consider as not useful or useless. So we can focus on this meetings. An easy tip for a meeting is always to have a goal. Ask the inviter, what is the goal of that meeting and…

Hi @Sri Kumar Is there any "workaround". According to this page (https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/confluence-evaluator-resources/confluence-publishing-pages-and-spaces-from-server-to-cloud) this should be possible somehow. I don't see how. Do you know something about that? Thanks, Dominic
-
Thanks a lot! It saved me the evaning! I was desperate.!
-
There are some really good ones! For me, I would have an innovation day at least once a week, where people can do what they want. And get paid for it :) And as a scrum master, I would get rid of these waterfall projects, with fix budgets and no chance to deliver, what the customer asked for.

Hi onlineadmin@vatit.com First of all, there are two seperate features you talking about. The first is the missing feature with the "[". This is correct, that doesn't work anymore. But you can use "CTRL-K", and this will do the same as "[" did in the old editor. The second thing is the link to an non existing page. This…
-
I can confirm this. In my free cloud version, the "[" doesn't work.
-
Yes. The first time you log in, you will have to create a space. This is the default space. And this space, you can not delete, even though you are the administrator of this space. See the desctiption of the issue: CONFCLOUD-68319
-
Hi @hob I have the same "issue". I think, this is the behaviour from the new editor. Try to press "ctrl-K". This gives you the same result as the "[" in the old editor. Hope this helped a bit. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Alessandro Mastrogiacomo Do you use confluence cloud in the free version and the space you want to delete is the default space you created? If so, there is a known issue CONFCLOUD-68319 Also in this community answer described. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Sean Ogden This question was asked in another community post: See here. Short term: This feature is in the short term backlog: * CONFCLOUD-67129 Link to an undefined page (a page that doesn't exist yet) Hope this helps Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @zaralord Is this space the default space you created? For the default space in the free version of confluence cloud, there is a known bug: CONFCLOUD-68319 Also in this community answer described. Hope this helped. Regards, Dominic
