Hi @Jonathan Seal The user macro is a great way to display the last modification date. You just need this macro: ## This is an example macro ## @noparams #set( $containerManagerClass=$content.class.forName('com.atlassian.spring.container.ContainerManager') ) #set(…

Hi @Evan Powell I have a few questions to get more informations: * By documents, do you mean confluence pages or attachments? * Did you already tried to find the documents via the confluence search? (See CQL documentation). Can you find them in the confluence search? * Are the documents really a child of your ancestor…

Hi @bartekkacz I tested your behaviour and can confirm, this doesn't work. Perhaps it is because the jira issue is loaded dynamically within another macro. I'm also not aware of any good workaround, so I'm sorry about that. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Steve Terelmes Perhaps you are not logged in. You have to create an atlassian account to vote and comment.

This is just awesome! Thanks a lot!

Hi @Diego Thanks for your response. I've votet for this suggestion. I'm not clear why this is not a bug, because it worked before 6.14 ... So something that worked before and doesn't now, that is clearly a bug. Regards, Dominic

I've not so much experiance with a large amount of documents. In our company the principle is: Store text and pictures in confluence, the other documents has to stay in sharepoint. Confluence isn't a document holder. For instance, why do you need Word or text files? Just put the content into a confluence page. I think, the…

Hi @John Grygorcewicz What do you mean by "mark up" images? You can't change the image or highlight something in the image or draw something. Regards Dominic
-
Hi @Ian Tan Welcome to the community! I will try to answer your questions: * No* Tip: Be aware, Confluence is perhaps not the best place to store all of your documents. Think about to replace the documents with plain confluence pages. * I'm not sure I get your question correctly. In your confluence instance, you have to…

HI @Yulia Ploshevsky You can only edit one page at a time. That means, you can not include an non existing page, which should be created simultaneously. The only workaround would be to create the second page with another browser tab. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Manfred Mütze The outgoingLinks() function is on the ContentEntityObject. Therefore you have to use: #foreach ($olink in $content.getOutgoingLinks()) * $olink #end Regards, Dominic

Hi @William Yeack I tried with your macro and tested a bit and have to say, I have the same error and I'm just as confused as you are. I asked the other community leaders, whether they have a possible solution for you. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Vitor LC I like your idea! If this would be possible, that would be awesome. But unfortunately you can't do this, as far as I know. Regards, Dominic

I‘ve not a green thumb at all... We did a company challenge in spring this year. Everyone received 3 seeds for a sunflower. Nothing came out of my 3 seeds ... I took care of it, but obviously I did it wrong ;-)

The site seems pretty good ;-) For Confluene Wiki Markup (not Markdown) see this page here: * Confluence Markup

Hi @TSOM I think, "the someone" is right. There is no way to change the layout all at once. Regards, Dominic

Hi all As the most of you, we document already almost everything on confluence. But for the WFH, we have an own page with subpages for all organizational things we did before on a wall with post-its. For example, we have a sprint map with all the team attendances for the next sprint. Now this is a simple confluence page :)…

I found this on stackoverflow: You can skip the HEIGHT

I don't know this. have you tried this:

Sadly, I have to say you, that the only thing we can do is to vote on this issue.

You are right, I think I see the problem here. I have to say, that I'm not aware of an easier solution than you did. Personally, I would create three spaces with "space shortcuts" in the space sidebar. I think the permission handling is easier for you with 3 spaces than just one. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Ben Jones My answer will not surprise you I think, but we use the "Retrospective" Template and the "Action Item" macro. All Action Items then are group in the index page of the Retrospective. For bigger actions, we use jira and add the actions to the actual sprint. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Tong_Zhao I don't know the answer for myself, but can you try the solution from this question: For anybody else coming to this page, the format is actually so for Confluence Cloud users it would be Hope…

Hi @Tosif Khan You can reorder the pages manually. You have to go to the "Reorder Page" on every space and drag'n'drop every page manually. * For Confluence Server * For Confluence Cloud Regards, Dominic

Hi @Sabrina Leitner (IN) As far as I know, the only impact of this "home space" is, that the whole space will be watched and set as a favourite. So I think, you can just unstar the selected space and unwatch the space and vice versa for the other space. Let us know if this worked for you. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Marie France Do you search for a plugin in confluence? Have a look at the atlassian marketplace, there are a lot of apps for survey or poll. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @wesley_geddes I see your problem. It's a bit tricky, but we will find a solution for you :) First of all, you have to understand, that every space has a space homepage. You can set it up in your space settings overview (Documentation) Then, all pages of this space are normally a subpage of this "space homepage". This…

Hi all Sadly, this is a known bug: * CONFCLOUD-66771 You can vote on this issue by clicking "this affects my team". As you can see, the issue is in the "long term backlog" and sadly there is no workaround yet. I don't think there will be a solution in the near future. Regards, Dominic

Hi @Steph Unfortunately this is not possible out of the box. There is an open feature request for this: * CONFCLOUD-3191 And here I found an article from atlassian with two possible workarounds: * How to copy or rename a space in Confluence In my opinion, the solution 1 is better and simpler.
