Congratulations every one! YOU NAILED IT!

Hi @Robert Gottesman I don't think this is possible. I found this feature request: * CONFCLOUD-58472 Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Roja Gurram This is sadly not possible, even for one page it seems to be impossible. Here I found a feature request: * CONFCLOUD-7247 There isn't a workaround for this. Regards, Dominic
-
Actually, there is no solution. Vote for the issues: * CONFCLOUD-67089 * CONFSERVER-53330
-
Hi @Paul Lebel The post is marked as solved, not the issue itself. The mark "Solved" only describes, that the answer was accepted. And in this case, the short answer is, that atlassian has an open feature request: * CONFCLOUD-67089 * CONFSERVER-53330 Regards, Dominic

Hey @Sebastian Sitter I now can reproduce this. I think, this is a feature for not showing uninteresting texts. I would suggest you to contact Atlassian support and ask them about it: https://support.atlassian.com/ Regards, Dominic
-
Okay, I misread something, sorry. You want to do that with CQL. What I did: I made a Script in the Script Editor: package confluence import com.atlassian.sal.api.component.ComponentLocator; import com.atlassian.confluence.pages.PageManager; import org.apache.log4j.Level import org.apache.log4j.Logger import…
-
Hi @Patrick Short answer: Yes! I know ScriptRunner quite a bit and almost everything is possible :-) Can you give me some more information, then I can test on my own and share the script. * Do you want the delete ALL the restrictions of ANY page in a space? * Do you want the delete ALL the restrictions of a specific page…
-
Hi @Thilo Rees I can't reproduce your behaviour. When I compare two pages, the whole page is displayed and I see everything, even the text that was not adjusted. Which version do you have on confluence? Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @nicolamarangoni I'm not an expert of AD, but I've got some knowhow in REST API. A simple solution would be to create a local user on confluence. This user should not be redirected to the AD. Can you verify or deny this? Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @michael.ring The second printscreen shows me, that the label "testID" doesn't exist. This means, the page with the "page properties" macro doesn't have this label and therefor, the "page properties report" macro won't find it. Let me now if this is the case. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Cholo Sabido What do you mean by a tracker? Do you mean a simple table? This is easy in confluence: * Table in Confluence Cloud Regards, Dominic
-
You are right. I tested this and yes, you have to get all permission and remove the permissions. //get all permissions (This is a List of PermissionSet) def permissions = contentPermissionManager.getContentPermissionSets(page, ContentPermission.VIEW_PERMISSION) //permission is a PermissionSet permissions.each{ permission…
-
Have a look here: * ContentPermissionManager API removeContentPermission(ContentPermission permission) I didn't used this, but this seems to be the solution for you :) Let me know if this worked. Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Tom Hudgins Sorry for the confusion for my two identical answers. One is my leader account and one is an old one :) About the remove: If I can remember correctly, the addPermission removes every permission and set the new ones. Can you deny or verify that? Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Tom Hudgins Do you mean restrictions on a page? I wrote a Script for this a while ago: import com.atlassian.sal.api.component.ComponentLocator; import com.atlassian.confluence.pages.PageManager; import org.apache.log4j.Level import org.apache.log4j.Logger import com.atlassian.confluence.pages.Page import…

Hi @teisyun I'm happy for you that now everything is working fine! Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @teisyun Now, if you tried everything, I've also no clue what the problem is... Perhaps, it would be good to go to the atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Log in and create a support ticket. Regards, Dominic
-
This is tricky * Did you try to restart confluence completely? * Did you try to use another browser or incognito mode? * Is there any log in the atlassian-confluence.log file? Perhaps this helps: * Unable to restart synchrony after confluence was not shut down gracefully Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @sam saas I don't think, there is an API. The REST API is described here: * Confluence Cloud REST API I couldn't found any API which fulfills your need. Regards, Dominic
-
Ok, this is strange and the cause could be anything... Here is a list, what you can check: * Troubleshooting Collaborative Editing I would check: * Check you can edit a page * Check the logs * Restart Synchrony Let me know if this helped.

Hi @Sholeh Tareh First of all welcome to the community! Let's talk about confluence version, do you know which type of confluence you are using? Is it Cloud or Server? You can check: Is there a version number on any confluence page at the botton, like this: If so, you are using confluence server. For confluence server,…
-
Hi @teisyun Which version do you use for confluence server? You tagged version 4.7.1, but collaborative editing is available only from version 6.0. Did you mean 7.4.1? Did you check this documentation? What do you mean by "errors out", can you share a printscreen? Regards, Dominic
-
Yes it is, see the comment: Atlassian Update: October 21, 2020 Hi Confluence Cloud customers, I have some exciting news! We have started working on this feature and it should be rolling out in the coming months. It is certainly about time, and I’m looking forward to seeing this improvement help you move work forward faster…

Hi @Kathryn Reddie You could write an user macro which displays the username. See here informations about user macros: * Confluence User Macro Guide * Writing User Macros And here are some user macros: * https://bitbucket.org/stephendeutsch/confluence-user-macros/src/master/ If you need further help, let me know. Regards,…
-
Hi @Venkatesh Vasa Do you have only links to Gdrive or is this a macro you use? If it's a macro, then you can use the extended CQL search: * Macro CQL search Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @SESuccess by Shianece Do you want admin rights for the whole confluence instance or just for a space? See further informations here: * Manage global permission * Give users admin permission * Assign space permission Regards, Dominic
-
Hi @Sylvie Schuresko Your link is for DataCenter and Server. When you use Confluence Cloud, the shortcuts are only available in the "legacy editor" See here. Regards, Dominic
-
@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- What do you mean by (yet)? Is it on the roadmap for cloud?
-
But there you only see to which person you gave the kudos. I can't see who gave me kudos :-)
