Hey @Kellie McWhirter Locked fields are Jira system/default fields and cannot be edited in any way. Regards, Aaron

@Debra if you click the 3 dots next to the project name in the left side panel you will see "add people". Here you can add customers to the project. Or you can go to the project settings and look for Access where you can also add people and see who has access, such as service desk team and customers. Thanks Aaron.

@Sabareesh Kumar M you are very welcome. Aaron.

@Sabareesh Kumar M it looks like the second IF statement is different to my solution. You need to target linked items again.

Hey, @Sabareesh Kumar M I have created an automation that works, but you will need to tailor it to your needs. So based on what you are saying, you wanted linked issues to dictate the status of the "parent" ticket in this case. And I'm imagining you'll predominantly be changing the statuses of linked tickets as opposed to…

@Nathan Charles Unsworth this is also where I came undone. I would have thought a branch would have been the one. Create page > Branch > create multiple pages with Trigger Page as parent. I'll have another look at it tomorrow, see if I can figure something out. Thanks Aaron.

Hey @Phillip Renault , Have you tried using Parent != "Cool Epic-1234" instead of "epic link"? project = "cool project" AND issuetype = Story AND Parent != "Cool Epic-1234" Something like that. Let me know how it that works Thanks, Aaron.

Hey @Nathan Charles Unsworth If you select "current page in rule" it will become a child page of the previous page. Thanks Aaron.

Hi @Philipp Pfeiffe If this is for Jira Cloud here is your answer: Create a global scope automation (as this will encompass all projects) Trigger: When Work item created If: issue fields condition - Reporter is "user X" Then: Send email Thanks Aaron.

Hi @Aswini Radhakrishnan You'll need to do this programmatically, with your choice of scripting language, but this section of the REST API has what you are looking for https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-workflows/#api-rest-api-3-workflow-search-get Get Workflows Paginated, allows you to…

Hi @Olimpia Estela Cáceres-Brown If you click into the linked issue, on the right hand side in the details panel, near assignee / Reporter. You should see the "Parent" field. This should have the EPIC in it, if you remove the EPIC, it should unlink the issue. Please let me know if that works, if not a screenshot of the…
