Thank you for the detailed response. @Michael Fedulov! It’s great to hear that automation templates are in the works! I’ll brainstorm some ideas and share use cases that could be helpful for the community. Templates can really speed up adoption, especially for teams new to automation. Expanding to offboarding and employee…

Congratulations on passing the exam, @James! 🎉 Your journey is so inspiring, especially the part about booking the exam just hours before and still acing it! Thank you for sharing your preparation tips as well. Best of luck with your next certification-300-710 sounds like an exciting challenge!

Exciting update, @Michael Fedulov! 🎉 The Workday Integration feature sounds like a game-changer for HR teams. I love the idea of automating onboarding processes and having access to 32 worker fields for seamless workflows! 👏 A couple of quick questions: 1️⃣ Will there be any pre-built templates for common onboarding…

Seems, everyone's tickets have their own stories to tell. :)))
-
@Colleen Gotling haha 😅 It’s like the ticket is just sitting there, waving its hands, hoping someone will notice it. Hopefully, it gets some attention soon and can move forward-maybe even get some well-deserved "retirement" time after all that waiting! 🙌

Hi @Yuliia_Borivets__SaaSJet_ Nice article! Managing changes effectively is such a crucial aspect of project success, and I love how you’ve broken it down with practical tips. A quick thought: Do you have any recommendations for managing changes in environments with a lot of custom fields? Tracking updates across those can…

I completely agree-it’s challenging to measure the impact of Atlassian Intelligence without a way to track its usage. If Atlassian provided a way to log AI interactions, it would make it much easier to quantify its value. It’s a feature worth suggesting to Atlassian directly!
-
Hi @benbaumann Welcome to the Community! If I'm not mistaken, currently, Atlassian Intelligence features, such as those for generating summaries or automating actions, do not leave a direct, visible footprint in Jira issues that can be easily queried via JQL.
-
Wish I could be in Germany at that time to attend! ((( This sounds like an incredible event full of collaboration and great ideas. Good luck with that!
-

These scorecard updates are awesome, @Julen Lujambio! Adding criteria descriptions will make it so much easier for teams to understand what’s being evaluated and how to meet expectations. The new filtering options are a big win too-being able to filter by repository link, lifecycle stage, and more will make targeting…

Dear @Om Joshi Welcome to the community! As I know, using PostgreSQL to modify Jira project schemes directly in the database is a high-risk operation and not officially recommended by Atlassian. Direct database modifications can lead to data corruption, unsupported states, or issues during Jira upgrades. Atlassian…

Yes, it should be added to both sections.

Hi @Manuel Pallier Welcome to the Community! I guess, in Jira Service Management, once a ticket description is edited by an agent or user, the original description is overwritten and cannot be directly retrieved from the history if it is a long text or formattable field. A workaround can be Jira’s audit logs (if enabled),…

Such a fun and inspiring post, @Amanda Barber! 🧼✨ National Clean Your Desk Day is the perfect reminder to start the year fresh and organized. I had no idea a desk could be that germy.🧽 I'll definitely be trying out the filing style tip; sometimes a new system is all it takes to stay motivated.
-
Thank you a lot, @Stephen_Lugton Looking forward to working with the community closer!

Hi @Ender P. Thanks for sharing the screenshot! I guess Slack is not shown in the list as its' integration is not fully configured and it might need additional configuration for the issues to reflect Slack as a channel. To check that you need to confirm from Apps section, that the Slack app/integration is properly…

Dear @BRIAN PANG If you're unable to access your account due to issues with two-step verification (like not receiving codes or losing access to the authenticator app), you can only follow these steps I guess: a. Contact Jira Support. b. Use Backup Codes (If You Have Them): * If you previously saved backup codes when…

This is a fantastic addition to Jira’s API capabilities! The Bulk Delete API is a game changer for admins who need to clean up large sets of issues quickly and efficiently. I can already see how it will save a lot of time when managing test data or outdated backlog items. Great work, @Yousef Abusamak! 🎉
