Thought as much. @Dmitry Astapkovich _Colined_ 😅 definitely will bring up many unpleasant truths. But it seems like something that would help in the long run. Would love to talk more about this on a call sometime. 💪🏻💪🏻

Love how you emphasized the painful part of this. I see how it could help with realistic estimations, though. I assume this is not something that would be done for every sprint? @Dmitry Astapkovich _Colined_

@Stephen_Lugton Tracking your team's progress via what you are working on makes total sense for your kind of team. I am pretty impressed by your workaround with Excel using story points, lol. Would need some insights into how you do that.
-
@Benjamin Thanks for giving me some ideas lol. Which tool do you use currently though?
-
😅😅 @Stephen_Lugton, we've all had that moment.
-
@Rich Allen Lovely, let's book one at your convenience here: https://meetings.hubspot.com/rally/demo Looking forward to speaking soon.
-
@Rich Allen, I really love how you approach this. What do you think about us having a quick chat? Would love to show you an app I built, which is kind of my answer to finding a workable approach to ceremonies. Need to get your thoughts on it. 💪🏻💪🏻
-
thanks for the shoutout @Angelie Stephens 💪🏻💪🏻
-
@John Funk haha that's a nice touch.
-
@Rich Allen thanks for your insight. This seems like a pretty unique way to solve this problem. I especially love the idea of remote team members recording a video of their insights and concerns. Quick question though, do they record separate videos for each sprint, or one video that covers all and you'd review that?
-
Haha totally understand you @Jeff Isenberg
-
@Michael Karl Interesting point about it being an organizational structure issue rather than just a productivity challenge. Sometimes these patterns are built into how companies operate, making them harder to address just at the team level. Your grandma knows the secrets lol💪🏻💪🏻

Thank you @Shivam Sharma - Optimizory Really glad you love Rally, Looking forward to you using ASSIGN more💪🏻💪🏻
-
@Valeriy Kosenko Lovely! Everyone should use a form of async.
-
@chad.leblanc Thanks for your insights💪🏻💪🏻 Really appreciate it.
-
You mentioned you use Teams, If you do not mind, how has it been so far? Any pain points you face as a remote team? We currently have a Slack app and we are looking at integrating with Teams too.
-
Recording a video is an interesting idea @chad.leblanc . We do that at Rally using Loom sometimes. We actually built Rally with this problem in mind. Instead of doing extra work or having missed contexts, team members join a dedicated discussion space whenever they're online. They can contribute, and gain context at their…

Will be trying this out @John Funk . Thanks
-
@Robert Wen_Cprime_ love your usecase. Jira is pretty suitable for most usecases if things are managed properly.
-
Thanks for this article @John Funk surprisingly not a lot of people know how the storage works on Jira. This was a nice breakdown. 💪🏻💪🏻
-
A bit late lol, but happy thanksgiving in arrears @Kristján Geir Mathiesen
-
Labels being case-sensitive is something I still have issues with lol. "Cat" vs "cat" vs "CAT" is exactly the kind of mess that makes searching a nightmare.
-
KUDOS to everyone! 👀
-
Oh this is nice. Finally. 💪🏻
-
Love this @John Funk For our Scrum boards at Rally, we've made it a team rule to move items to the final column only when they're truly done-done, including all subtasks. Keeps everyone honest about completion status.
-
Thanks for this @John Funk

Registering for all immediately!

I might be late to the party, but is this feature available for everyone yet @Marie Casabonne
