Jira admins can create projects from any template, including both company-managed or team-managed projects. Any user can create their own team-managed project (like the team-managed Scrum or Kanban projects). Jira admins can change this setting in global permissions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to copy request types…

Hi @BKT Helpdesk Natively there is no way to clone a project in JSM. If you are not planning to make any changes in the configurations, you can create new project that shares its configuration with another project. If a change is made to one of the projects' configurations, that change affects all the projects that share…

Hi @Vera Valshonok If a JSM agent does not have site access, they will not be counted towards billing. Therefore, agents without site access do not incur billing charges. Only active agents are billable.

Hi @Colleen Gotling Users with "Browse users and groups" global permission can view and select users or groups from the user picker. Users with this permission can see the names of all users and groups on your site, provided they have the Browse Project permission granted to them in the project. It's possible that the…

Hi @Terry Dance Certainly, when the organization name in a service project is updated, it will be necessary to manually update the renamed names in the JQLs. It will not be automatically updated by Jira.

Hi @Aishwarya Krishnan Welcome to the Atlassian Community! From the screenshot you shared, you can only change the prefix of the default email from there. eg: from jira@seaker.atlassian.net to support@seaker.atlassian.net If you want to setup a custom email address, you will have to add your email domain, after Atlassian…

Yes, in Company Managed Project, if you are the only admin of the project, you can follow the steps mentioned in the url I shared earlier to configure issue security scheme.
-
Thank you for the screenshot @Teresa Ruiz-Rico Gómez the lower-left of your project sidebar says that you are using Team Managed project. Currently, it is not possible to configure Issue Level Security in Team managed project and you will have to switch to Company managed Project instead. There's already a feature request…

I hope you have set it up like this - Accept in Headers tab. Authorization in Authorization tab.
-
Ok, I am unable to reproduce it. What header tokens are you passing ? I am only using Accept: application/json
-
Ok, then I don't see any issues here as it should work. What happens if you try curl ? curl 'https://my.jira.com/rest/agile/1.0/issue/KISH-9?filter=allopenissues' --header 'Accept: application/json' --header 'Authorization: Bearer oiu78myotken1MjQ0OqAFKJFcUf'

Hi Teresa, If you have created the atlassian cloud site, then you should be having org-admin access already. Org-admins/site-admins are Jira admins who can manage Jira settings, projects, workflows, etc. To give someone a product admin role: * Go to your site's Admin at admin.atlassian.com. If you're an admin for multiple…

Hi @Ronah Kabagambe Welcome to the Atlassian Community! From UI, you can add customers email addresses one by one or enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. If you are familiar with REST APIs, you can also use "Add users to organization" method to add customers via a script.

great, thank you for the update @chris_b :)
-
Hi @Teresa Ruiz-Rico Gómez It's not a different license but rather a user with the Jira System administrator permission or a user having Administer Jira global permission. If you are having these permissions already then you can simply follow the steps mentioned in the link I shared earlier.
-
@Martin FronekIt appears that it was a bug and it has been resolved, as I am now able to create inline issues from the backlog in the company managed projects. Could you please verify this on your end?
-
Hi @chris_b Thanks for confirming, please keep us posted here on the status of the ticket. Looks like this has been fixed already, as I am able to create inline issues from the backlog now.
-
Looks like it is working now @Mathew Berry :)

Hi @Mathew Berry Its quite possible that the product update - Board and backlog enhancements has rolled out to your site. In that case, it will be the default experience for company-managed projects and you'll no longer be able to switch back to the old experience. View changes to your product View all your product changes…

Glad to help @Fan NF Hsiao (蕭乃凡) Please feel free to share here once the root cause of the issue has been identified.

Hi @Fan NF Hsiao (蕭乃凡) Based on the first screenshot, it appears that you added the admin approval yesterday. However, the other screenshot indicates that a few users have joined your products without approval. It is possible that the setting was not in place earlier. Since we as community members do not have access to…
