Hi Nicolas, So I am assuming that you already know the serial number you are trying to filter on, then you need to modify the JQL filter, to include the serial number lookup values in it. For example, if you are trying to search multiple serial numbers at once, the JQL could be like this - project = XYZ AND customer =…

Hi @Nicolas Videau Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You will have to use JQL to search for issues having specific Serial Number, example below - project = XYZ AND "Serial Number" = 123 This JQL will fetch all issues in XYZ project having value 123 in Serial Number field. Is that what you are looking for ? Happy to help…

Hi @Nabanita Sen Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If the notification scheme for your project is unchanged and only your email address is affected, its possible that your email address is blacklisted/added in suppression list due to hard bounce from your mail server due to some reason. In that case, the Jira…
-
Hi Peter, If email/push notifications are turned on already, the Jira Administrator for your instance needs to open a support case directly with Atlassian Support to find out if the users' emails have been blacklisted/added to suppression list due to some reason. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi Peter, Yes, Confluence Administrators can turn email and push notifications on or off for their instance. Select(Settings) in the Confluence navigation then select Further Configuration to manage these settings. Please check if this is turned on/off currently on your instance.

Hi @Peter Job Welcome to the Atlassian Community! When you want to stay up-to-date and in-the-know about content on Confluence, you can use the Watch feature. When you watch something, Confluence will send you a notification email about any changes to your watched content. To start watching a page or blog post: * Go to the…

Hi @김유연 Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Currently it is not possible to disable inline comments. There has been a suggestion (CONFSERVER-54290) raised around this with Atlassian, but it was not implemented due to limited demand. If you feel that this suggestion is valuable, please raise it again on…

Hi @Stefano Colagiacomo As far as I know, Atlassian uses Scroll Viewport for Confluence for their documentation.

Hi @yasmeen shaik Considering you are using Confluence DC/Server (since you haven't tagged the hosting type), you need space admin permissions to view the list of restricted pages in a space. Hi @Ranganathan Shanmugam Welcome to the Atlassian Community! By enabling anonymous access, you can allow people who are not logged into Confluence (anonymous users; aka, anyone on the internet) to access content on your site. You can pick and choose which spaces to make public and which to keep secure. You can read here…
-
Hi @Huynh An It is possible that you and your colleagues do not have permissions on the space. So, you will need to check with your Confluence admins or site admins who can access permissions for any spaces on your site. If a space is ever without a space admin — for example, if the only space admin for a space left the…

Hi @Huynh An Welcome to Atlassian Community! We as community members won't be able to help you since we do not have access to your site. You will have to reach out to the Space Admin to see if you have been granted access to the space. Once you have that and if there are page restrictions set on the page you are trying to…

Hi Floris, If you are Confluence Administrator, to add a new group: * Go to > General Configuration > Groups. * Choose Add Group. * Enter a name for your group and choose Save. Group names must be lower case. You're now ready to start adding users to the group.
-
Hi @Seunggi Jung We as community members won't be able to help you troubleshoot this error, as we don't have access to your cloud site. You can try reaching out to your Site Admins first to see if they can investigate this or they can raise a ticket with Atlassian Support if they can't fix it.
-
Hi @Floris de Vries Can you please confirm if you are using Confluence Data Center/Server or Cloud version ? For group management, you should be part of Confluence Administrator/Site Admin special group. If you don't have that access, you won't be able to create groups yourselves and need to contact concerned admin team to…
