There doesn't seem to be a way to configure same column view for all users from this gadget. I would suggest using Filter Results gadget through which you can configure the column view as per your requirement.

Got it, I am unaware if it can be done via DB, but if you are unable to log in using your IdP, you can temporarily bypass SAML authentication by using the auth_fallback functionality.
