Hi @Christin Veach-Dixon Currently it is not possible to copy request types across to other JSD projects. You will have to recreate the Groups/Request Types manually. Hi @Sumit Sharma Just wanted to check if you were able to resolve this. I had a similar issue on one of my instance, I was able to work around it by saving the document as "Word 97 2003 Document" and import it, which was then successful.

Hi @Soumya Subudhi In your cloud site you can create a new space with different key, move your pages into that space, and then import the new space to data center. This is the easiest option I can think of.

Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you are talking about user groups, you cannot give admin rights to users on them. Users added to a group will be given the same permissions, restrictions, and product access. Only site admins or organization admins can add or remove user groups from Confluence.

These are some great additions, I will definitely use - Problem Framing, Transition Plan and All Hands Meeting in future.
