Hi Robert, You're missing brackets (assignee = "robert.lynch" or "BA Assignee" = "robert.lynch") and project not in (xxx, yyy, zzz)" But if you're not familiar with JQL you can use Basic View on the Search Screen or the Agile Board Filter add-on in your board
-
@MattS JQL directly on the board
-
The solution is to migrate or your Quick Filters into the Agile Board Filter add-on. Afterwards you'll get your Dropdowns :) Cheers Przemyslaw
-
Migrate to server afterwards you'll be able to filter the board without any limitations using the Agile Board FIlter add-on Cheers Przemyslaw
-
OK the issue has been resolved by adding the "A record". I'm able to recieve community emails again on namecheap.com hosting. Thx
-
Nope
-
Could you give me an example how this should be visualised? Something like Backlog | In progress * * * * * | * * * * * * | * Where * is a card ????
-
And how do you search for tasks on Kanban boards or scrum backlog?
-
Why epics should not represent a piece of the product? Lets take a www as a product example: Themes ->Something super big Epics -> Admin Page, Login Page, Search Engine Story->Delete users on admin page, Clear cache on Admin Page, integrate google engine in the search engine... Components-> for stories only like user…

-
Furthermore, an A record is missing as well
-
You need to check with Atlassian support team what is the default value for You.
-
make sure jira.search.views.default.max is set to more than 50 https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/limiting-the-number-of-issues-returned-from-a-search-view-such-as-an-rss-feed-802593125.html

I can see that, but I think resolved issues should appear somewhere on the backlog screen. There could be a link "Resolved backlog items" to indicate such tasks. A task can be resolved by mistake and wont be accessible from the board. And missed at the end..
-
That is the default Simplified Agile Workflow and the filter is project = SCRUM ORDER BY Rank ASC I just created a Kanban Board on top of the same project and the Issue appears in the "DONE" column. Tested on JIRA 6.3.15 and JIRA 7.3. So apparently if you close an issue which is still in the backlog it will not be…

Regarding slow board loading you can fix that using the Agile Board Filter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-7ZnAEapPU
-
Yes that a known issue with the Quick Filters. If You do have a really big board you can try out our Agile Board Filter for JIRA Agile and JIRA Software plugin which will: * save the state of last used filter per board - so resolve the issue described above * The loading time will be reduced as well as you display items…

There is now - look at my comment below

Hi Andrei, Yes some ways: * Buy any print cards plugin and use the search issue screen * Get Agile Board Filter plugin and print directly from the board or backlog * Create a Quick Filter How to do it using the Agile Board Filter * Create a JQL filter on the board created.png * To be able to find issues moved to a started…
-
Hi @Jesper Lind, Yes You can't do that unless You create bunch of QF or filters and use the search. If You want to print out from the board or backlog in a more dynamic way have a look at the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UftE1ZE1hTQ Aditionally together with spartez we've combined Agile Board Filter and Agile…

Hi @ContextiA, Filter any way You want, save and share filters on both backlog and board. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.extensi.jira.plugin.agileboardfilter/server/overview Cheers Przemysław
-
sure in case of any questions or feature requests please let me know
-
I won't give you a constructive answer but I'm afraid you won't get summaries like that, without creating bunch of Quick Filters. You can use dashboards or maybe some reports - which will still require filters. The good news is that we've created a plugin which Agile Board Filter which adds filtering on Rapid Boards…
-
Hi Uwe, You can create a filter that will aggregate all Your projects including the master project. On top of the filter You can create an agile board - kanban for example and cleanup the subfilter for kanban in the board configuration to remove released versions rules. That will show You everything on one board and You…
