@Cindy Ticha but then if you look at the board there are no statuses but columns. Columns may have multiple statuses. Another issue is the order of statuses sections. We'd have to create a configuration or a drag & drop ability save settings and so on. That seems to be a super complex task. In my opinion a section "Active…

Hi @Cindy Ticha We've got that on our list but we've been working couple months to release a Jira 8 compatible version. The feature itself seems to be nice to have, but I can see some use cases behind it. The question would be how do we display it on the backlog. Separate statuses? All in one called "Tasks on the board".…
-
You need to be a board administrator - normally that will ba a scrum master. Go to Board button->Configuration->General->and you'll see JQL used for the board. You can modify it and that will remove Epics or Issues from the board. But I can't imagine working like that.
-
Hi @Spencer Long You can create a new board where the board's JQL will exclude IMT and include APIs-DEVPortal. Or if you're on server you can use this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215334/agile-tools-filters-for-jira-software?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview You'll be able to filter Epic list and Issue list…
-
Hi @Jami Preher I totally agree, this approach will work and is quite good. But you'll end up having just one big Jira project.... I don't think this can be solved for multi-project approach. Cheers Przemyslaw
-
You can use the Agile Tools and Filters app Simply 1. Go to the backlog and use the Epic Panel JQL filter (provided by Agile Tools and Filters app): status = "In progress" or epicStatus = "In progress" Now you're all set Epic Panel will show In progress epics only. Select any epic and you'll see relevant Stories. Here are…
-
Go to the backlog and select Mark as Done option from the small icon. Status is not epics status which is used by epics backlog list.
-
That looks like the Backlog Screen on Jira Software Cloud. You need to go to .../Board Settings And reorder Quick Filters there
-
Hi @Nancy W, you mean Quick Filters on the scrum/kanban board? or filters on the Issue Search Screen?
-
Hi @Seamus Kieran Unfortunately, no. Regards Przemyslaw
-
Hi @Hung Nguyen The solution for server is our app: Agile Tools & Filters. Best Regards Przemyslaw

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Error-occurred-on-GreenHopper-sprint-board-work-mode/qaq-p/191766 seems similar
-
Open the developer console (F12 key) go to your board and check if the error is displayed in the console. Greenhopper code (agile boards) hide most of errors. Some add-ons "restore" the error handing thats why some Jira errors may become visible to users. Send me an email on pch@extensi.io and I'll try to help you.

getIssueIdForKey comes from Atlassian. Rise a support ticket with them.

@Yevgen Lasman Indeed Power Scripts seems to be very flexible and powerful. But still most of the users look for something simple (project -> room notification). It would be nice if Power Scripts had some predefined templates and a wizard. That way slack integration could be simplified. Cheers
-
Nice app but you can integrate your jira more easily using Jira Server Alerts by Slack
-
hi @Michele Lim [cPrime] some screens are not available publicly for example https://confluence.cprime.io/download/attachments/33504076/image2018-5-11_17-33-0.png?version=1&modificationDate=1532974499944&api=v2

All new "parents" should be created as epics. While creating a child, select the Parent epic link - that is why you have to modify the child create issue screen by adding the epic link field. While using bulk you don't copy existing issues but migrate to epic type. If you use epics you'll be able to use backlog epics panel.
-
Epic link relationship is set to Issue type(s):Global (all issues). Thats why custom issuetypes can be linked to an epic. Add EpicLink field to your custom field screen configuration. Use the bulk change operation to migrate all "Parents" to epics. Afterwards link Epics and custom type issues. The best way to do that is to…
-
Yes, Use epics and stories (linked to epics). Afterwards select swimlane type by epic using the board configuration. That way new swimlanes will be created automatically, and tasks (stories) will be aggregated.
-
Hard to say, now we're heavily redesigning the app itself and preparing for Jira 8. Afterwards we'll look into the backlog split. If it is implementable, it may be ready in 3-4 months from now. @Michael Naylor, @Jack Brickey Could you drop me an email (pch@extensi.io) or post here detailed requirements including a screen…
-
We're planning to implement this as part of the Agile Board Filter app.
-
OK found a partial solution https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/allowing-anonymous-access-to-your-project-779172888.html
-
OK, Then is it possible to create a read only cloud board accessible publicly? If not, what are the options?
-
Update to the latest app version, its included.
-
@Adam Labedzki and won't be due to cloud API restrictions... sorry.
-
Hi @Kleber Fonseca, So you'd like to select a specific version from the version panel on the backlog and then Sprints should be filtered out. That is not possible as sprint on a backlog is a placeholder for issues. If you remove it then how would you assign issues from the backlog to the empty sprint? What is possible to…
-
Hi @Esteban Cascante You can use our app to do that https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.extensi.jira.plugin.agileboardfilter/server/overview Afterwards you can change the default searchbar fields to show components by default.
-
Hi @Lineker Tomazeli No, that won't happen. There is no API to do that.

Jira Server o cloud?
