As part of our plugin (Agile Board FIlter) we've implemented fix for that. The add-on will autodetect and warn the user if his browser local storage is full. The user will see a notification and a nice "clean" button - we support all browsers - business and non-technical users will be able to fix this issue in just one…

As part of our plugin we've implemented a filter manager. Here's a guide how to migrate filters between boards https://extensi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ABF/pages/29757278/Migrate+filters+between+boards And there is a concept of private Quick Filters…

@Kelley Cooper We've created a plugin that will fix some of your issues 1. Epic, Versions filtering - by project or name 2. Performance issues on large boards Have a look at this video https://extensi.io/video-tutorials/agile-board-filter-jira-software/board-load-time-optimisation 3. Private Quick Filters - each team can…

Take a look at this https://extensi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ABF/pages/31850177/Epics+Versions+Lists+filtering+on+Backlog * Restrict the version or epic list by Project key for example: KEY1|KEY2|KEY3 Filtering will be saved so next time you'll open the backlog versions or epics will be filtered out by project.

Good to hear that ;)

@[deleted] Do this 1. Go to issue search screen and find the filter for the project 2. Copy it and set permission for youself only 3. Go to your board (the original one) and go to board settings 4. copy the board to a new one - the private one 5. go the the settings and change the board filter ("saved filter") to the one…

1) No - server only - you can check https://atlashost.com for server hosting 2) server - one time, cloud - not avaliable 3) yes 4) Don't use quick filters Cloud Solution: a) create a second private board for you only and noone will be able to see your quick filters - in borad configuration you can set permissions. b) use…

You can try out my plugin which introduces Private Quick Filters https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.extensi.jira.plugin.agileboardfilter/server/overview Noone will be able to see how you filter the board or backlog.
-
Looks like the cloud version.
-
Hi @[deleted], Have you solved your use case using permission schemes? Or you still need help? P.
-
If you want to restrict tasks visibility/access between contractors Quick Filters won't help you. If that is not an issue (contractors can see each others tasks) you can use: 1. Quick Filters 2. The Agile Board FIlter plugin
-
Hi @Heather Palazzo, If you’re on JIRA server you can use our plugin Agile Board Filter. You'll be able to filter out the board or backlog on the fly without having to create Quick Filters. Additionally you'll be able to create Private Quick Filters to predefine „taskType & label” sets, and these will be only visible to…

Hi @Barry Kaplan, Soon we're going to release a full JQL filtering of Epic / Version panels and I think that is going to resolve your use case. You'll be able to filter out epics by version using the JQL mode and the tickets using the Filtering Bar. That way you'll not have to select individual versions on the panel.…
-
@Tom Wilhelm sorry but in our case its technically impossible to implement functionality like that on cloud - no API on the cloud but you can always move to server if cloud is a pain :) https://atlashost.com/
-
And if you want to see the statuses on the list you have o use a plugin
-
@Michaela Gluchow you're welcome And if you want to filter the epic or version panels check this :)
-
Upgrade to 7.5 and you'll have epics on kanban
-
Strange, go to the issue search screen and do the same using the search bar in JQL mode project = AP AND assignee = rourken See if the task will be on the list
-
Hi , your setup and workflow is pretty "advanced" :) Try our plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.extensi.jira.plugin.agileboardfilter/server/overview You will be able to filter out versions in the backlog version panel to hide all versions that don't have any issues assigned or the other way around. That…

Is this a scrum or kanban board or the Issue Search screen?
-
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.extensi.jira.plugin.agileboardfilter/server/overview
-
Yes: 1. If your're on cloud you have to write a chrome extension 2. If you're on server you can create a plugin We've added some labels to Epic list - that was a lot of hacking :) Check it out
-
Set a label for each story Customer1, Customer2 Afterwards create Quick Filters or use our plugin to do some more advanced filtering.
-
The filtering shown on the screen has been released. Right now we're looking at some new filters and improvements. Stay tuned and bring all ideas to us. Even the craziest one! We'll do it.

Drop me an email on p.chudzinski@extensi.io and I'll help you.

Simply create a JIRA filter that will include multiple projects. When it comes to backlog and issues, versions and epics handling the only option is to create some quick filters. That will help you to organise the issues list, not epics or versions. You can create a backlog per project. But it all depend what your use case…
