Hi @Darren Laurel Please explain more on where you see epic end date as 'end of the year'. Is it on a field to capture the end/due date? If yes, you should be able to edit the field to set that to a different date
-
yes. The transition id/name/conditions/validator/screens etc remains the same in the copy (unless you explicitly modify) That shouldnt cause any problem.

Hi @PV Seshachalam If the site is in retention period, you should be able to reactivate them. https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#Reactivating-a-canceled-site If not, please get in touch with Atlassian support…
-
Hi @Александр You can reactivate a subscription any time within the data retention period. Refer to https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#Reactivating-a-canceled-site Hope you get it all sorted soon!

Hi @Vera Valshonok As you would make a copy of the workflow, all the workflow configurations would remain the same except for the items you would modify in the copy. Are the automations somehow are linked to the workflow name? If not, i do not see any risk. Happy to help if you have any specific questions that you might…
-
In that case, i recommend you to create a copy of the workflow (say workflowName_v2) , implement the changes and then apply it to the project. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Anita Pallas In a Team managed project, the fields are at project level and cannot be shared with other projects. But in a Company managed project, all custom fields are global objects and the choices & description can be set to the project specific requirement
-
Hi @v-mchette By "public", do you mean browse permission is granted to "any logged in" user? if yes, sorry i do not see a way. If public means browse access is granted to jira-users or similar groups, you can add the user to a different group like jira-restricted-user and add that group to the product access and to the…

Hi @Jack Richens Not possible to customise the UI out of the box. But for this use case, we use the 'log work' description. You can also create a custom field ("Action taken" ?) to capture those details?
-
Hi @Raghad AlRoumi Are you able to open the story and change the status from done to 'in progress'? If not, then the workflow doesnt have a flow path back to inprogress. Please check
-
@marion.hillion , if you are looking for a marketplace solution, i highly recommend JXL for Jira. It solves so many problems and use cases! :)
-
Hi @Mart Postma I find https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/getting-started/service-request-management helpful for IT request fulfilment setups. Hope it helps!
-
I think you misunderstood it as quick filter. The board will have a board filter that sets the scope of issues to the board. May be the issue is not scoped through this filter
-
ah.. Does the custom field have 'wiki renderer' enabled in the field configuration scheme?
-
Hi @Ronan Hayes I am not able to reproduce the problem. Is it the system field description that you are trying to paste this? Does it throw any error? Also i recommend you to try in a different project to see whether it is reproducible.
-
Got it! I recommend contacting the plugin vendor directly - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220925/custom-charts-for-jira-reports-and-time-in-status?tab=support&hosting=cloud
-
Hi @Ronan Hayes Are you creating the issue from a saved url like https://<basr_url>.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa or via the create issue button? Because as per https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69050 the copy from clipboard doesnt work on the direct create url.
-
Hi @Pavan For test instances, ideally you should be using the developer license and not your production license. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/get-a-developer-license-for-jira-server-744526918.html
-
Hi @Osama Al-Areky Check on the board's filter and see whether this issue is returned by the filter query.
-
hmm.. Dashboards are generally not shared in portals. Are you using any add-ons for this feature? If yes, please tag the plugin label in the question to get right visibility
-
Hi @Sinead_Hever By Portal i suppose you mean the jira site and not the JSM customer portal here. The deleted item shouldn't show up. May be the one that shows up is another item? If that is not needed, you can try to delete this dashboard as well.
-
Hi @RDaridan I suppose this is related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-54007 :(
-
Hi @Mohamed Saad Taha The clock one shows that the SLA breached but is still running as the end condition is yet to meet. The other one is for SLA that ended but breached. Hope this helps!

@[deleted] , assignee in jira cannot be a group but a user account. When the ticket is transitioned to "Escalated" status, you could make the action of assignment to assign to a user in the group A sample automation rule action for this assignment will be like below:

Hi @Drishti Maharaj Researching around, found https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-with-an-identity-provider/ where it mentions "Email addresses are also case-sensitive." Hope this helps!
-
Hi @Rahul Shetty There is no downtime for product discovery listed in https://jira-product-discovery.status.atlassian.com/ There is an active incidents related to emails though. I recommend to reach out to Atlassian support to report this problem with your site.
-
Hi @irianto.p.b Welcome to community! For this use case, if the epic is ABC-123, try the JQL -> parentEpic = "ABC-123"
-
Hi Suresh I suppose what you are trying to achieve is triaging the ticket for escalation to L2/L3 team. You can add a workflow transition like "Escalate to L2" and have an automation setup to assign issues transitioning to this status to a defined group of L2 engineers.
-
Hi Shivani Is there a reason why you want this to be done in portal? Should this done by a JSM customer and not by user with a jira license? If it is ok to bulk import for a licensed user, then refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver/creating-issues-using-the-csv-importer-939937906.html for importing via…

Hi @Vlad Manolache When you use startOfDay, it is always relative to current day and that is why it filters for today's issues. I presume that this is for a use case on finding issue created in business/sla hours. In past, i tackled this with an automation that updates a label on the ticket if the ticket is created while…
