@Andrea Bigi , I agree on this 100%. Recommend you to vote on JWMCLOUD-98 and hope atlassian implements this soon. As an alternative, i highly recommend the commercial plugin JXL suggested by @Hannes Obweger - JXL for Jira .

Unfortunately it is not possible in Jira till atlassian implements https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-98 At this time, the column configurations are user specific and cannot be enforced automatically by the admin :(

Ah sorry, the screenshots didnt load earlier and i assumed this was 'Automation' rule. I see now that you are using the new workflow editor and set a 'Condition' on the transition. I do not have the 'Restrict to when a field is in specific value' restriction in my site but i added the below after switching to the old…

Hi @Andrea Bigi Welcome to community! Referring to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/customize-your-list-by-adding-or-removing-fields/ -> Column configurations are saved locally. The columns you add to your project aren't visible when the project is opened in a different browser or a private window.…

Hi @Chandrashekhar Kavi Please share screenshots. In the audit log, do you see the conditions getting passed for the execution?
-
Hi @Pavan I thought you were ok using the emoticons on the comment. Other than that i do not think there is anything natively available to get feedback on a comment level and do not see any apps related to this ask.
-
Hi @Pavan What would be the use case for this? Do you think you can use the emoticons for the usecase you have in mind?

Hey @Tinker Fadoua Hope you are doing great! Hoping to meet in the next Team event! :) Thanks for the input! Actually https://www.atlassian.com/software/atlas is made free for all customers. So it could come with Jira :)
-
Hi @Johnas Cukier Welcome to community! Bitbucket and Jira are different products than Confluence. You will have to have additional subscription for confluence. You can find the features that comes with Jira in https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira

What you mentioned is the role and not necessarily they all have the permission. The account on which the API token is generated, can you verify whether the account can search this JQL in the browser (outside the script) ?
-
In the permission scheme, can you verify that the project admins also have 'view workflow' permission in the project permission scheme? If not, can you add them?
-
Hi @Akshay Somvanshi Welcome to community! Can you verify whether the PROJECTNAME mentioned actually exists with the same name and the account has access to browse the issues in the project?
-
Hi @Arseni Varabei Welcome to community! Is this a team managed project or company managed project? Can you check what is set as estimation statistic in your board and also whether time tracking is enabled -> https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-estimation-and-tracking/
-
Hi @Deepak Kalra I am evaluating this plugin too. We just started with the evaluation last week. Keep me updated on your findings please :) I will share my notes as well when they are ready
-
Hi @Snehil Gupta Is it not working only for one user? Were you able to reproduce the issue with your site admin account or with another project admin account?
-
Welcome to community @刘琛 ! Answer to your question is : No, it lists all the issue types that are available for create in the selected project :(
-
https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/incidents/5stx0l0jqbkg the incident is resolved as well
-
It is up now :)
-
I confirm :) Hope support identifies root cause soon and fixes this

Yes, it is for our site as well. I raised a P1 with support as the status page says operational

hmm.. Questions: * Does this happens while accessing any particular board? Or all boards? * You tagged this as JSM. Are you accessing JSW board in JSM site and that causes this problem? * Is the error reproducible for different users in different locations? * From when are you experiencing this?
-
Hi @Aleem Jaffar Aslam Welcome to community! Does the issue still happening? I see that there was a scheduled maintenance for Brazil region yesterday. Could this be because of that? -> https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/

* From your board, select more (•••) in the upper right corner of the board > Configure board. * Select Estimation from the left-side menu. Can you verify whether Story points is selected as the estimation statistic?
-
Hi @Nicola Ravagnan Welcome to community! Can you narrow down whether the problem is with the board or the specific project? i.e., In a new board, with the given project, is the issue reproducible?
-
Hi @Srinivas Veesam Welcome to community! I havent worked on this use case before but i see that is an option to publish from RoboHelp to Confluence -> https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/publish-to-confluence-knowledge-base.html Have you looked at leveraging this 'publish' to move necessary content over to confluence?
-
Hi @MeYa Welcome to community! You could use the condition on JQL -> Assignee was (Chris, michael, External) ?
