You can setup automation that gets triggered on every new create that sets the security level based on the data that is filled in the ticket during creation. Also, there is a free skill builder course that explains on how to set such systems for different use cases…

Hi @Rémy Marchal Check the issue security feature of Jira for this use case -> https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/ You could set some automation to apply the security level on an issue if the field conditions are met.

-
Hi @Mathavan By restricting as 'Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins' , the customers who are added to the project can both send email & raise through portal. So my recommendation would be to enable this setting and make sure to add the right customers onboarded to the right project. When they…

Hi @Rachel Hafley You could write a manually triggered automation to do the clone of JSM ticket to a JSW/JWM project.

Found a KB for this same error - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/error-aadsts50105-encountered-when-logging-into-atlassian-cloud-1130726239.html Hope this helps!

Hi @Mathavan If you do not want portals to be open to all customers, then you can restrict the portal access to customers who are only added to it. Refer to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-and-manage-portal-access/ for more details
-
Hi @Drishti Maharaj Can you check whether this portal is restricted only to the customers who are added to the project? Refer to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-and-manage-portal-access/

Hi @Büşra Öztürk In Jira, the assignee is a single user picker field. You could use some custom fields named "Additional assignee" or similar to identify the other assignee but the reports that is based on the assignee role will always pick the system field assignee. The other approach is to break the task into subtasks…

Hi @Nicole_Brueckner If you have scriptrunner, a scripted Validator or behaviour can be used to achieve this. But if there are many such deviations, you could create workflows specific to projects. Unless you have reasons not to..

Ah understood.. You should be able to drag drop the purple area representing the time window and adjust it
-
Hi @Büşra Öztürk For jira software cloud, the business hours is the working hours in time tracking setting right? If i am missing some part of the problem, can you explain?
-
That is a wonderful news! Thank you for the update! :)
-
Hi @Pallavi Swamy Could you explain the problem in detail with examples? My assumption is that you are facing issue where the users opening those software issue email notifications do not have jira software license and so redirected to portal url. More info about the problem can help us guide you better..
-
Hi @Elizabeth Ramsey You will have to apply these on the status and not on the transition.

Sadly, there is no option to leave the Jira site all by yourself :( => https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75105 Only the Jira administrator of the site can remove you from the project. May be you could set email rules to send these automated ones to spam?
-
Hi @Fred Mouniguet Is the Jira link of PRFFSVCQL is in an Atlassian site that you are familiar with? If yes, please contact your Jira administrator to report this spam and they would disable the account that triggers it.
-

-
Hi @Eva Tsalkitzi Have you looked at using subtasks for this use case? You can setup an automation that creates a new subtask when there is status change on the issue or on assignment of the issue. The comments could be viewed in the subtasks directly or make an automation to copy the comments from the subtasks to the…

Hi @Sam Potashnick If the credentials are all correct, then can you check whether you inherit the Browse users and groups Global permission?
-
Then it is a permission issue for sure. As @JM Perrot recommended, Can you check the Bulk change permission in the global permissions (Settings -> System -> Global Permissions -> Make bulk changes) . Your jira administrators can help you with that if you do not have access to system settings.
-
Hi @Sachi_Agrawal Like @Alex Koxaras -Relational- said, you cannot create the new users directly in Jira cloud. Please read his recommendation in bullet points. If you are using external AD, like @Vando Goncalves _e-Core_ said you will have to purchase Atlassian access to automate the user provisioning.

Hi @Rich Imbrogno Do you have "share with customer" visibility set on the automation action?
