I did that soon after creating but i see that to start the sprint, it needs the dates. :) And that makes sense as the sprint is actually a 'Time box'. If the dates are not important to you and you do not look at the sprint reports, could you put dummy dates and proceed with work?

Hi @AisM While the concept of Sprint is a 'Time box', i tried in my jira cloud to edit and remove the start & end date of a sprint and it allowed me. I hope it works the same way in jira server as well. Can you check?

Hi @Upasana Banerjee In a company managed project, only the jira administrators have access to edit the screens of the project to include additional fields. In your case, you need to add these field in the create screen. Unless you are an admin, you cannot resolve this yourself. Please contact your jira admin.

Hey @Mamta Choudhary Welcome to community! I am confused. How is it possible that you are using forms feature on a software project (i see in the url)? Forms is currently available only to JSM and JWM projects. And you can use the pre-fill text feature of the form itself instead of manipulating the url.
