Hi @Sławomir Jałoszyński Welcome to community! Yes, the requirement is possible through workflow change. You can add the field required validator. More info in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-make-a-field-required-before-closing-the-issue-1236928291.html

Hi @Rahul There are 2 csv import functions available in Jira. If you are an end user, you can use https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-issues-using-the-csv-importer/ If you are a jira admin, you can use a more powerful import…
-
Hi @Sherry Nightingale You can control the field's mandatory/optional setup natively using the field configuration scheme. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/specify-field-behavior/

Thanks for updating us :)
-
Hi @Emilie Rochedy Is there some where to watch on the progress of this importer release? Thank you!

Please check on the active outage https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

Could you check the user profile of this 'System' account and use the id instead of display name in the query? Can you query the issues created by this account outside automation? i.e., from issue navigator?
-
Could you explain what you mean by system reported issues? What is the value in the reporter field of those issues?
-
Hi @Rakshith Shetty Welcome to community! The reminder comment is also an update to the ticket to the close jql will not get matched For the reminder automation, add a label to issues like "reminderSent" and update it's jql to "and label != 'reminderSent'

Hi @Vidit Srivastava Welcome to community! Is this for a JSM project, if yes, there is already a built in function that gives similar help -> https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-similar-requests/

Hi @Sandesh TM What is the hosting type and version of your Jira?
-
Hi @andrzej.wolak I would recommend preparing a csv file for all 52 tasks and adjust the timeline (i suppose you use start date and due date fields for this) for every row accordingly and then import them as new issues…

Hi @JB Rivero Welcome to community! By Jira account, you refer to user provisioning right? Try rest api call https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/user-provisioning/rest/api-group-users/#api-scim-directory-directoryid-users-post and use that in the Automation web request action.

Ah sorry, now i get what you mean. The instructions in that link doesnt look valid. I gave a feedback on this article. The instructions in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/change-project-customer-permissions/ are ok for me. Are they helpful for your use case?
-
Hi @Ward Schwillens_ Schwillie Unfortunately not. In case you need to skip the initial numbers in the sequence, that is possible though - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-set-the-starting-issue-number-for-a-project-318669643.html

Hi @Pedro Marca Huamancha Can you confirm that the below settings are already in place? To do this, the site admin can: * From the top right of your screen, select Settings () > Products. * Under Jira Service Management, select Customer access. * Select Allow customers to create accounts. * Select Customers can access and…

Hi @Eiríkur Baldur Þorsteinsson AFAIK, as https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-31066 is not there yet, summary starts with a phrase. But if you are ok for summary contains, then you can use the JQL as condition for issue created event summary ~ "Automatic reply" OR summary ~ "Error message"

Hi @[deleted] The json is not correct. But by looking at your implementation, i think what you are trying to achieve is using the field to update the number of comments. Is that right? If yes, you do not have to update it via automation but create a field of type 'Number of comments' and it will auto count the comments. It…
-
Hi @Almighty Drake Unfortunately it is not possible till https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-34033 is worked on by Atlassian
-
Are you sure whether it is of type 'Number' and not 'Number of comments' like below Not all field types are supported in the automation. If you are using number of comments, you could use advanced field editing referring https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/advanced-field-editing-using-json/ If you meant to…

Hi @[deleted] The custom field NC is of what type?
-
It is always 'time tracking' for the system field original estimate & remaining estimate combo unless you were using a custom field. Also recommend you to review https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/
-
Hi @佘沛阳 Kenny Unfortunately there seems to be no way anymore to enable this functionality in standard. (It was available while it was in beta till last month) There is no trying only part of this premium feature. Instead, you could try jira cloud premium https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/premium…
-
Hi @Web Mobile The field that you are looking for will be listed as 'time tracking' in field configuration scheme. Could you confirm that time tracking is still available in your project screens? And it is also not disable site wide?
-
Hi @Per Wilhelm I do not have a DC setup to test this but could you try below to fetch the children of initiative ABC-1 and the subtasks and see if it helps. issueFunction in portfolioChildrenOf('key=ABC-1') or (issueFunction in subtasksOf("issueFunction in portfolioChildrenOf('key=ABC-1')")) reference…
-
ah..i missed to notice that. Thanks @Marc -Devoteam- !
-
Hey @Per Wilhelm Try below if ABC-1 is the initiative ticket issuekey in portfolioChildIssuesOf("ABC-1")

Well yes, how my implementation works is that , during the transition the 'Validator' configuration in my screenshot + a transition screen with log work, will not let the user transition the issue with out entering the data to the field in the transition screen.
-
Hi @Adem Kaya 1. Instead of sum of time spent, use 'Log work' field in the validation. Refer to my screenshot in the initial part of the answer. 2. Can you show the screenshot of the transition screen with the fields to log work?
