Thanks @Susan Waldrip, I will check him out! I'm always on the lookout for positive and inspirational perspectives.

Thanks @Amanda Barber! Wow - that's a lot of volunteering! And I've seen the amount of work that you put in around the Atlassian Community - it's people like yourself that really inspire the rest of us to step up our game and give back as much as possible, so thank you for that.
-
Thanks for the reminder @Amanda Barber, it's Friday here in Sydney so I just hit Publish!

I moved to Australia from the UK many, many years ago, and the one plant that always fascinates me is the Gymea Lily. It's such an odd looking thing, usually completely different from everything around it, which always struck a chord with me.

What a great story @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ thank you for sharing! Very inspiring!
-
Hi @Amanda Barber I'll take July 18th if nobody else wants it!

Your mandala is beautiful! I have a few hobbies, but reading is by far my favourite. I always have my nose stuck in a book and I can't walk past a bookstore or book sale without having a look for my next read. The only problem is that I'm rapidly running out of room for them all!

The value that resonates with me the most is "Engage with heart and balance" as it feeds into building authentic connections with other Community members, as well as encourages members to help others rather than only seeking help. Everyone has something that they can contribute!
-
That is one beautiful looking desk @Patrícia Montenegro! I wish mine was that ordered. One of the things that keeps me inspired is checking this Community every day and seeing posts like this! But I definitely agree that people make all the difference too - I am lucky enough to have a fantastic team who bring a smile to my…

Aside from my dog, I'd have to go with a wombat. Since moving to Aus a couple of decades ago, I've become obsessed with these waddling little fellas. Even the name is fun to say, especially if you do it in the style of Rowan Atkinson.
-
Love this! It's such a simple little thing but it makes a massive difference to our use of the tool - we've been using JPD for idea gathering but it never really fitted our product roadmapping because of the date restrictions. Can't wait to get this in play!
-
What a great way to start the day - a quick 15 minute brain blast on Confluence admin! Love it.
-
So good to see all the JPD love! ❤️
-
The access restrictions for views is probably the thing that I would find most useful at the moment, although obviously hierarchies would be awesome too.
-
I wouldn't say I love them but I do have a certain fascination with huntsmen spiders here in Australia - huge yet ridiculously fast.
-
Great post @Kristian Klima, thanks for sharing. Very inspiring!
-
In terms of most used, I'd probably agree with previous commenters and say any Arnie movie, but I do like to break out the occasional "Game over man, game over!" from Aliens.
-
I doubt that Kier would actually approve, but my innie uses Confluence to connect and share knowledge across the whole company, bringing me into contact with people that I never would have met from just wandering the stark white corridors...
-
Love it - what a great way of reconnecting members with the community values!
-
Sometimes I like to kneel on the floor, pull my head to my chest, and lean forward. Because that's just how I roll.

My vote is Australia - the koalas need somewhere to live!

When I was around 11, my family stayed in a caravan on the shores of Loch Ness in Scotland. My dad would spend the days fishing while my mum and I hunted for the Loch Ness Monster. One day towards the end of the holiday my dad talked me into joining him, although he warned me that he hadn't caught anything all week, and in…

Like many others, Meeting Notes is probably the one that I use the most, but my favourite is Product Requirements - it's the basis of all our requirement gathering processes
-
Well now I have label-maker envy. Thanks @Gene Culling!
-
Honestly, we haven't really set a standard for Discovery issue keys yet - in general for our regular Jira projects our keys tend to be 2-3 characters, so in the MyApp example our main project would probably be APP and so far the Discovery projects have just had a 'D' tagged on the end, so the related Discovery project…
-
I think it depends on the general terminology that you're using in your product management workflow. For us, the 'Discovery' descriptor works perfectly for JPD projects as that is what we use to refer to our idea/feature-gathering stage across teams anyway. We've only just started using JPD fairly recently and have a…

Hi All! Always happy to make new connections: https://www.linkedin.com/in/j-oconnor/

Great question Dave! The good old label-maker is a favourite of mine at the moment. I may be going a little crazy with labelling everything in the house lately but at least I know where everything is...

Thanks @Stiltsoft support for the answer!
