@Martin Runge We do enforce SSO but it doesn't seem to make a difference - users still manage to create external orgs. I've even tried sitting with several users when they're activating their accounts and there was nothing obvious that I could see which would lead them in that direction (those users didn't end up creating…

@Jonathon Choy I did see that the controls around controlling shadow IT are in Enterprise, but unfortunately it's just not an option for us. I think you're right - I just have to be patient (and blow off steam by moaning about it in the Community of course 🤣)

Great question @Andrew Zimmerman! I'd say I'm different things in different situations as the need arises, but I definitely gravitate towards coach most of the time. I love the point that you raise about teams needing different kinds of players - sometimes that can be hard to explain to senior managers at work when they…

Another great article with lots to think about, thanks @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_! I'm loving this series. I've been struggling recently with a concise explanation of when to use agents vs generic Rovo, and I think you just outlined it perfectly.

Yes!! A million times, yes! Thanks so much for writing this @Rachelle Rathbone - it perfectly encapsulates how I feel at the moment, and I felt like I just couldn't put my finger on exactly what was wrong. I feel like I'm going to be quoting "You're not more productive, you're borrowing from the future" a LOT.

The Visual Validator - I like it!
-
I agree with @Tomislav Tobijas - I totally thought this was already the case! The change hasn't been rolled out to our site yet - how do we opt in?
-
Great work @Tom Zhu! It's so good to see you celebrated on here!

Great topic @Amanda Barber! And thanks for sharing the link - I now know more than ever about equinoxes. Every day is a learning day! 😊 I'm in the Southern hemisphere so we're just heading into Autumn, and the thing that I'm looking forward to most is breaking out the winter wardrobe. I love summers in Australia, but I…

I look forward to reading the series @Artem Taranenko!

An excellent breakdown of the importance of governance, thank you @Artem Taranenko! I really like the simplicity of this description.
-
Thanks @Kelly Sitton - I'm definitely not seeing it so I'll reach out to support.
-
This sounds awesome @Kelly Sitton, but I can't see the option in any of my spaces yet - is it a gradual roll-out?

My favourite colour is purple - there's just something about it that always makes me happy, so if I ever need a mood change, I just throw on a purple t-shirt and I'm instantly lifted. If I need to find some calm and re-centre, then the green of a local park or bushland usually does the trick.

Thanks @Evie Z_ - I love being a part of this community!

I'm loving every course in Atlassian Learning at the moment, but How to build strategic guidance is a current fave.

Hi @Tamar Ohayon-Harary , I believe this is a Premium-only feature - details can be found here: View permissions | Jira Product Discovery | Atlassian Support
-
Thanks @Amanda Barber - I need that Homer sweatshirt in my life!! I don't think any of my sweaters are ugly either (and as it's 41 degrees here in Sydney today I don't think I'll be breaking them out any time soon) but I'm sure I've got one or two in the wardrobe that other people would look at and think "Yikes - why would…

Fantastic resource collection, thanks so much for sharing @Caity Belta

This year, I took over ownership of the Atlassian platform at my organisation, and started several initiatives to improve our usage of the tools including creating a centralised knowledge hub for both users and admins, organising training for different user groups, and standardising practices across the admin team. I also…

Hi @Alirezza, this is actually the Jira Product Discovery area - you may be better off asking over in the Confluence area. Having said that, from what I understand, there are a couple of ways that you can do this - one is the export/import XML route which it looks like you're already trying. The other is the Data Transfer…

Wow @Anahit Sukiasyan - you make me feel positively lazy! I'd say that the number one club/class that shaped me in my childhood was Karate. I started learning when I was 9 or 10, and it kicked off a lifetime love and study of martial arts as well as teaching me some great life lessons about perseverance and indomitable…

Hello to all the wonderful people in this Community, and thanks @Daria Kulikova_GitProtect_io for the great prompt!

The Office sequel - spot on!

At the moment I bounce between Dabble by Connor Price and Nic D, and Lose Control by Teddy Swims - they both induce some 'keyboard dancing' just at different intensities. :-)
-
I love this one @Amanda Barber! I think my younger self would be proud of the fact that I moved to the other side of the world. When I was young, I couldn't imagine ever living anywhere except London - near my family, near all my friends, where everything was familiar. I was a shy and quiet boy and moving somewhere new…

We don't currently use any ITSM apps - it's good to see a few recommendations here!
