Hi there! Welcome to the Admin Side! Those are some super good questions too. I can try to answer them as best as I can. 1 &2. There are a *lot* of training options out there. When I first started I would look for sales on a site called Udemy. They will frequently run $10 sales, but the quality of the classes varies a lot,…

Hi @Elaine_Reece Welcome to the group! I will post the discount information as soon as I have the communication from Atlassian. I am expecting it to come out shortly. In the mean time, we are super happy to have you in the group!

Thanks! It does have new challenges, which I was hoping for. I definitely need to pick my fellow AUG/Community folks for their Jira Service Desk Knowledge!

The required field threw me too! Fun if you just want to mess with people though. LOL.

Understand the drive's a bit long! :) looking forward to seeing you in the New Year. Have a wonderful holiday season!

Oh Wow! Thats a hecka cool trick in Outlook! I'm gonna have to give that a try!

HI @AJ You just need to remove those fields from your Create screen and leave them on the View/Edit Screen https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/defining-a-screen-776636475.html

Thanks @Billy Poggi AUG NOVA_ DC Super Thankful I get to be an AUG Leader with you. Would love to chat more with you on all sorts of things again soon. Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Hey @Scott Torbert This is Awesome! We now have something super special planned for our February meeting,(I'm really excited, but can't give full details about it yet) but we could do April, if that would work for you. We typically run at about 30-40 minutes, if there is a single presentation, but I have things I can fill…

Oh! This is good! Anyone else have some surprising Jiraisms or good-to-knows about other products?

Thanks for sharing this with us @Greg Sprowls! I remember you sharing this from you talk earlier this year!

This is an awesome idea @Anja Brkljacic and something I would love to do for the AUGs coming up in the next year. @Scott Torbert we haven't had anyone talk about Tempo yet and I know they are widely used in the Jira Ecosphere. Would you be willing/able to do a demo for us in the Jan/February time frame?
