Best advice I have is for you to know that a lot of brilliatly smart people struggle with these exams too. It isnt a measure to be used against your self. Retakes happen to even the best, and you will be more educated and prepared for that additional try. Next best advice is to take your time, read the questions and…

Lynley, You are not the only one who can't find this in Core! Even after looking through the workflows in the market place, I couldn't find anything built in like it! I can help you build one like this, if you like. In fact I working on a simple one to put on the market place anyway, for folks to use for a template. What…
-
That links me back to this page. I was hoping you would have a link that referenced the workflow being already set up in Jira Core.
-
Hi Lynley! Can you share with me where you got the information for that workflow? I am trying to track down where you might be able to get a template or download that workflow. Thanks!
-
I got one of those too! But I bought it for myself :D

I can't share pics from work *sad face*, but I got the Lego Ghostbusters headquarters! I only have the first floor of it done, but I didn't start building on it until this past weekend.....still in awe of it. LOL

@ILY It is possible to make the fields mandatory on a Transition. This is native functionality, in Jira Cloud. You can use the Validators on the workflow Transition. In the Field Configuration, when you make a field mandatory, it will add a red * on the field, in the create and edit screens. But as far as I know, it won't…

Why do Swedish warships have barcodes on their side? So when they return to port, they can Scandinavian (Scan-da-navy-in)!
-
Why do Germans fear hotdogs with cheese? Because, it is a Wurst-Käse scenario.
-
@Mari Car Ok, I hope they bring that option to Server too. Its really handy. I am glad you have something that will serve the function though!

I would second this comment by Jack. I have a couple of cloud instances I'm working in right now, partially so I can get use to the new UI. I am way faster at working in the old, though I keep kinda assuming that it is because I'm more familiar with it. However, the new UI really feels cumbersome. Even after several weeks…
-
@somethingblue My Answer is based on a bare Cloud install. It is not using ScriptRunner. No Plugins installed in the environment at all.
-
@Mari Car I'm sorry, that I miss understood your follow up question. This might have something to do options available with different versions of Jira. My answers and screen captures are from a base install of Jira Cloud. What version are you on?
-
@Mari Car Open the Workflow, to edit, select the transition and click on Post Functions. On the Transition screen, select Add post function

Yup! Process of Elimination is a great test taking strategy. Some times it's easier to figure out what isn't the answer. Thanks for the great reminder! I'm trying to really dig into different ideas and scenarios. I've been talking to some of my PM and BA friends, and asking them about projects they use or have set up. So…

@Pablo da Silva [ACP-JA] Congratulations on passing your Cert! I don't think any of us can stress enough, the importance of having a sandbox to work on different scenarios. Especially with things that may not be use to what you work with on a daily basis. There are also a lot of things that you set once and are done, so…
