On Cloud it would still be on the left menu, but will say Add Item. Click on that and it will open a dialog box for you to add your Confluence Space URL

Hi @Chaka Wallace What worked well for me and my team was to add it to the Project Shortcuts on the left menu. We're on Server version 7.5.4. Just click the Add Link and add the URL for the Confluence Space.

Welcome to the community @Nate Mercier! It's great to meet you. Congratulations on your expanding family. October is a lovely month to enter the world, though I might be a bit bias on that. :-) Hope we can help you with all things Atlassian, and have some fun too.

*waves* Hi @Angelina Elser Welcome to the community and to Jira! It's great having you here! I hope you have checked to see if you have an Atlassian User Group in your area. They are a great place to learn more about all of the Atlassian products and connect with other users. Check out http://aug.atlassian.com for more…

Hi Leena! A couple of troubleshooting questions, are they able to copy/paste in other applications or is it only in Confluence? What happens in other applications? I know this so cliche, but have they tried restarting their computers? We had a similar issue happening, where users couldn't paste into Confluence from an…
