This is an interesting development, @Julien Bassan . Any plans to bring this sort of capability into other platforms (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.)?
-
Yes, please continue to bring on more granular permissions.
-
Thank you for sharing this information, @Tanguy Crusson . Turning this setting off by default will be a welcome change.

@Kris Klima _K15t_ You had me 🤣 at the foot-in-mouth part. Valid point regarding user discipline and the potential repercussions of not having it! Much better to treat admins as a partner than an adversary. Ultimately, both people should be working towards the same goal of serving the customer and advancing the company.

I was wondering about this a couple days ago. 🙂

@Kris Klima _K15t_ given the trend of your articles pointing out overbearing Atlassian admins, it has me wondering about what admins you've worked with and which one hurt you so much. 🤪 Confluence admins often use the certification as a convenient excuse to block guest access altogether. Not all admins are looking for…

@Darryl Lee preach! I also have not been a big fan of this change. Admins used to be able to protect integrations from throttling by setting up API tokens to a dedicated user (service) account. If one integration started behaving badly, only it would be throttled. Now with the shared approach, those protections are no…

This article is pure gold.

@Dominic Williamson I'm wondering if you might have any thoughts for the good of this conversation?
-
It's an "entity coverage gap", not a bug...

@Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ this series has been excellent! Thank you for surfacing this content.

@Tanguy Crusson I'm adding to the chorus of JPD Standard customers that would like to see hierarchies available in Standard. The "tree" view is cool, but I'd be ok with that being a Premium feature. However, not allowing hierarchies in JPD Standard (still a paid license) is like having the Jira Standard version only…

Hi @Jolene Pern. We would encourage more users to install the Jira mobile app if we could direct them to the JSM customer portal to complete Forms instead of only showing the agent / issue view. Many JSM customers have built extensive portals / help centers for users, but the mobile app has not factored in that UI.

Great article, @Rachelle Rathbone . Could you please elaborate a bit more on the difference between "Evals" and "Batch Evals" if there is one? Evals went GA in March: Introducing Evaluations for Rovo Agents.

I don't think I've ever seen Lego swag. That'd be awesome!

@Kris Klima _K15t_ - as an enterprise admin, I feel contractually obliged to recommend the inclusion of this disclaimer to your article: Refer to your company's privacy and security policies before adding any proprietary or sensitive company data to your free site. It's one thing to spin up a free *personal* site to poke…

Looking forward to seeing Android support soon.

Excellent article, @Prince Nyeche - ELFAPP . I'm looking forward to Part 2.
-
Great article @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ . The one aspect of MCP that I wish there was more conversation from Atlassian and within the broader community is the security implications and best practices. MCP significantly expands how agents can access and act on enterprise systems. This creates new security challenges around…

@Silvia Davis I really appreciated your callout: This is not a technical deep dive – it’s an awareness-focused, experience-sharing webinar I wish more advertised sessions were a clear on purpose and intended audience as yours is. You've now set the bar for everyone else. 😊
-
Thank you for the great post, @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ . Looking forward to seeing the other conversations that work their way into this series.

@Anshumaan Bhartiya are you anticipating building out the ability to select both automatic and manual routing *within* a space in the future? Combination of automatic and manual routing — possible? This is possible across spaces. Within a space, you will be able to select either manual or automatic routing.
-
Yes, this is great. Thank you, @Olga Springer !
-
@Rob Hean my experience with Rovocon Orlando was very similar to everything you outlined above. The only major difference is that we didn't seem to have a Rovo Dev track available. I probably wouldn't have switched over to it but was a bit Dev-curious.

Hi @W_Diehl _Litew8 GmbH_ thank you. I am aware of Marketplace vendors offering solutions, but was preferring something native. @Dmitry Melikov any thoughts here?
-
Hi @Keri Miriello . I see the banner for the event shows March 18th, 2026 at 10am PST. Given the recent time change, I think you meant to say 11am PDT as it's now showing up for me at 2pm EDT and we're 3 hours apart.
-
Awesome updates, @Sarah Scaife ! When will some of the Slack love be shared with organizations that use MS Teams?
-
Generally, T-shirts and beanies (the Atlassian one last year was really nice). It's also a super nice touch when there are plushies or other kid-focused swag for those with children or young family members. K15t has had some exceptional swag for kiddos.
-
@April Chi that's great news! I'll be happy to give you feedback once I've had a chance to kick the tires.

Hi @Dmitry Melikov . * Are there any plans to extend the functionality to orgs operating at the Premium level? * Along the same lines, has any consideration been given to companies that license other Atlassian products at Enterprise level (e.g. JSM, Confluence) to be able to leverage this capability even if their Jira…
