Thank you for the clarifications, @Anshumaan Bhartiya ! I'm sure there are good reasons (likely some combination of technical and early user feedback) for scoping Schedules and Capacity to single spaces. However, that can potentially pose some blockers for more heterogeneous environments / teams. Not factoring in other…

Thank you, @Mehak Bokhari . The new link works. :-)

@chrchr I agree that the official documentation could use some attention. With how quickly the MCP landscape has been changing, it seems like the Atlassian Community has served as a more up-to-date place to find documentation (including official posts like this). Ideally, official documentation would be kept in sync with…

Hi @Anshumaan Bhartiya . Does the current functionality work in situations where: * Agents work in multiple spaces * Multiple teams share single spaces * Agents utilize different Jira family products (e.g. JSM + Jira) This update seems JSM-focused, so my initial assumption would be that you're targeting that area first as…

@Aditya Mani one other question - does this migration impact anything in the Atlassian Analytics data lake / "Data Share"?
-
Hi @Aditya Mani . The addition of the "Software Registry" and "Business Portfolio" might make things a bit confusing for customers that have similar custom schemas in place already. With the migration tooling that you've built - are you able to help customers consolidate into these new CDM-based schemas? For example, if…
-
@Tori Stitt this is a really big step forward! Are there any plans to allow existing Assets users to compare their existing schemas against the CDM and then potentially migrate from custom schemas / object types over to the CDM? With the new approach that you're taking, being able to leverage the CDM would be super helpful…
-
@Alex Chiu thank you for the hard work and continued progress on improving release communications! The new updates are great steps forward. I completely agree with @Darryl Lee on the high utility of what you've built for release tracks. Showing that level of visibility and specificity into what will be available in release…

@Paul Pasler _Seibert_ thanks for sharing this immensely insightful article!

Rovo has been quietly getting to know you for a while. @Manav Trivedi aside from the creepiness of that first statement (lol) - this is a helpful feature to provide parity to other AI tools. I really like the suggestion @Tomislav Tobijas provided. Rovo's knowledge of us living in Confluence page(s) sounds very interesting…

Hi @Mehak Bokhari . It looks like the link you provided isn't working: Mehak Bokhari This calendar is currently unavailable.
-
I'm really excited to kick the tires on this one! Also, it's so refreshing to see company-managed spaces getting attention first for a change. More of this, please. :-)
-
Hi @Eric Zheng . A couple clarifying questions here: * Are we safe to assume that this functionality will eventually make its way over to Microsoft Teams? * Will this feature work with JSM and JPD spaces, or just Jira?
-
@Shilpa Airi thank you for the prompt course corrections here. I like the *option* to use this and appreciate that it's no longer getting enabled by default.
-
Thank you for your continued engagement in this thread, @Manas Shukla . I'm really looking forward to the next wave of enhancements focused on assets.
-
These updates are great to hear, @Marie Casabonne . Fine-grained permissions, reduction in dependencies, and "lite" admin approaches are all music to my ears.
-
@Peter Oh thanks for the confirmation on your approach with starting with TMP then moving to CMP spaces. There are a lot of TMP pain points, but I'd say the biggest one boils down to the original broken promise. They were pitched as self-contained spaces, but in reality, they have the potential to negatively impact the…

Adding support for @Kendra Crossman and @Kresten's comments on the importance of Assets support in JPD. It's a hugely powerful platform experience that we can't wait to see woven into JPD.
-
@Sunandan Gokhroo these are some excellent quality-of-life improvements. Thank you!

@Dave Meyer based on the feedback for this community post and the related JAC Ticket ([JRACLOUD-96809] Provide the ability to disable the global preview panels), this change seems to warrant consideration of a rollback. It is reminiscent of the events that led up to the Post-incident review for September 2025 change to…
-
@Betty Sheu it's nice to see some updates on "Units". After it was announced at TEAM '25, it seemed like there weren't any customer-facing announcements since then. Even when discussing with Atlassians, few people seemed to have even heard about "Units". I'm really interested to see more about the Footprint Map. For…
-
@Rune Rasmussen you're very lucky to not be familiar with Team-Managed Spaces; they are the bane of my existence. @Peter Oh I'm glad to see that the board experience is getting harmonized across Business and Software spaces. It'd be great to see this love shared with Company-Managed Spaces first, but I'm assuming that it's…

The new editor requires some relearning and adjustment, especially from long-time admins, but it seems like an improved experience all the way around. Hopefully some time is reserved for after the initial launch to address some of the quality-of-life improvements that Tim, Richard, and likely others will surface.
-
@Amanda Sacks user reception to this well-intentioned change is starting to feel like the status button change debacle from last year that Dave Meyer had to walk back (Post-incident review for September 2025 change to status button location). Perhaps now is a good time to rethink this implementation and get more research…

@Matteo Vecchiato "Agent Accounts" are a critical piece to full-scale production deployments for us. The concept of passing on all user permissions for something that could be running autonomously may be fine in certain environments but has lots of risks for large / complex environments. The blast radius of a human account…
-
@Juan Carlos Pin this is a great collection of automation improvement ideas! @Cat Tinsley have you seen the Studio beta? It delivers on this one: Simpler Multi-Space Rules for Space Admins @Scott Bell feel free to have Rovo scoop up this treasure trove of quality-of-life features and drop them into the product roadmap. 😉
-
Can't wait to try this, @Deeksha !
-
Excellent timing for this EAP, @Gemma . Looking forward to (hopefully) working with you again.
-
Great video, @Dominic Williamson . You're expanding my view of "orchestration" here. I’d usually think of orchestration as agents autonomously handing work off to other agents, or as some sort of "overseer" agent coordinating tasks across multiple agents. The workflow in your example is acting as the orchestrator, which is…

@Tanguy Crusson it was nice getting to meet you at TEAM this year. We're very much looking forward to these enhancements: * Controlled autonomy for team-managed spaces* If you're looking for any feedback from enterprises on this topic, I'd be happy to chat * Space governance and administration * Global statuses and…
