For anyone looking forward to the issue (now "work item") links being available in the Data Share, here's the feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-253 .
-
I'd also like to see a unification of the search capabilities including the search bar that's part of the new UI.
-
Thank you for being responsive to the feedback from the community. We saw the announcement for the open beta for Home Dashboards and are looking forward to seeing that feature set progress.

@Katrina Meyers comparing notes here... Our "Planned maintenance for Assets in Jira Service Management" notification mentions that: In most cases, there will be no impact outside of your normal maintenance window. In a few cases there may be some impact to Assets in Jira Service Management that may last up to 1 hour.…

Great article, @Dilara Erecek _Avisi Apps_ . Might I suggest a part two? The "Atlassian System of Work".
-
@Rik de Valk _Brainboss_ we call it the "agent view" as opposed to the "customer view", so very close to how you originally posed the question.
-
@william.huber "success" is a strong word; I'm thinking more like "progress". :-) We were able to reiterate the need with the PM and our Atlassian account team. We are also exploring feasibility for custom-developed solutions if the native functionality ends up landing too far out on the roadmap.

Cool! We really appreciate the extra attention the audit logs area has received lately.
-
Hi @Michael Fedulov . I'd prefer not to say the systems here but would be happy to discuss with you in a private channel. Philip Li is our CSM if you'd like to reach out that way.

This is really interesting. I would like to see this functionality be available via other HRIS/HCM apps (maybe a generic connector?) in the future.

Lo siento, @pedro . No entiendo tu respuesta.

Awesome news, @Kunwardeep Singh ! Thank you for the update and please keep up the great work.

@Uli Mauersberg - I'm an enterprise customer with multiple instances including sandboxes: For instances that do not have set (pinned) residency, the admin UI does not show where the data currently resides. it's just a — symbol in the Location column. However, the data sits in different AWS zones and we're able to see that…
-
@__ Jimi Wikman it looks like that's the case (which is what I'd typically want to see). However, I only see the scope option when in the admin.atlassian.net experience. When trying to create a token via my Atlassian user profile, I'm not given the option to specify the scope. @Kunwardeep Singh will the scope option only…

@Kunwardeep Singh these changes are fantastic. Thank you for the increased attention on providing better security controls here! We're very interested to learn more about the service accounts EAP.
-
@Dmitry Melikov I am also interested in the ability to create via automation. One example use case is someone submits a JSM request for a project that gets approved, and the automation could then trigger the project creation via the values specified on the request.

The first thing that came to mind for me was: Then I read the rest of the post and now I'm kind of curious lol.
-
Yes, our team will be there next week. If you can share your contact info here or pass it along to Philip Li (our Atlassian CSM) it would be great to schedule some time to discuss.
-
Thank you for the prompt and helpful clarification, @Casey Amorello ! Do you happen to have details on pricing? Our organization is planning for our next FY budget so this information will be pretty critical in the next month or so.
-
Hi @Casey Amorello . Quick question about the Backup and Restore blurb: ➡️ Access the Open Beta for the new Backup & Restore experience - available soon to customers with an Enterprise plan The open beta for the new Backup & Restore experience will be exclusively available to Enterprise plan customers at no additional…

To me, the biggest benefit of attending TEAM events is the conversations with product managers and vendors. It's our big chance to share the voice of our customers to the people that can do something about it.
-
This feature is a great add to the VSA functionality!
-
@Tom McMahon we really appreciate the Data Share improvements and additional data table availability! Being able to bring Atlassian data into our environment has been a game changer.
-
@Jeremy Wood Atlassian Support provided a partial solution to linking asset objects with Confluence pages via automation, but it wasn't quite what we're looking for. I've discussed this with a Product Manager for the Assets platform, and they seemed interested in the use case. I plan to follow-up in person at Team '25.…
-
I'm with @Raúl Carrera López and @Tomislav Tobijas here. This functionality would be incredibly helpful in moving to and from production and non-production (sandbox) instances.
-
Hi @Betty Sheu . I'm still interested in providing feedback. If you'll be at Team '25 this year, perhaps we could set aside some time to discuss in person?
-
@John Dunkelberg great points! Maybe we need "are you sure??" prompts lol. Admin: ALCI drop all tables. ALCI: Are you sure you want to delete all tables? Admin: I mean delete this one issue. ALCI: Uh huh.
-
Haha no worries @Darryl Lee ! :-)
