Hi @Shaun McGuire . I was looking over the CSM documentation and the initial setup / creation part appears to be missing. If you look at admin.atlassian.com in the Billing section, do you see "Service Collection" listed for your desired site? If so, when you go to Jira spaces and create a new space in that site, do you see…

@Mat Ward you do not need to link all form fields to Jira fields. @s_gridnevskii is right that it's optional - the behavior is the same in Data Center and Cloud.
-
Orlando. Will keep you posted on the east coast experience, @Rob Hean . 🐭

Excellent article, @Greg D . @s_gridnevskii assets fields definitely help tame the chaos, especially since the field contexts can be user flexible. There are some downsides (e.g. values aren't passed in filter subscriptions, AQL in JQL can be a bit overwhelming at first), but they're still super helpful. I'm looking…

Thank you, @Rob Hean ! I'm planning to attend an upcoming session, and this article was really helpful to understand what to expect.

So excited for the use cases this functionality will open up as well as the general quality improvements it will provide to our agents. Thank you, @Jensen Fleming and team!
-
@Dave Meyer I'd still like to advocate for not taking a fragmented approach to how product releases tracks are handled. This change seems to only impact Jira, and many customers use multiple Atlassian products like JSM, JPD, and Confluence. Moving to a seasonal release cadence for only one product will actually increase…

@Greg D thanks for the helpful article! The framework visual you provided is outstanding.
-
Thank you for the super helpful updates, @Carol Low . The reference guide boils things down quite well.
-
Hi @Rahil Hameed . Thanks for putting the invitation out there. I just sent you an e-mail with additional context about use cases that we're considering.
-
Thanks for the helpful article, @Dushyant Sharma It looks like the Note section at the bottom was inadvertently cut off: Note: JSM tools are currently available on the above authentication method and not OAuth. So if you have installed the Atlassian MCP you will need to also install the

@James Rickards _SN_ I can't agree more with you on this one: - Atlassian should not have separated the UI updates from JQL updates for Jira/JSM Spaces. It is confusing needing to remember to use "project" in JQL when the UI says Space. This should have been delayed until the JQL support was finished. If Atlassian does not…

@Jens Schumacher - Released_so I'm curious if you might have a feature enabled that we do not - currently we don't have an option to see the Automation / Actions menu within JPD ideas. If we did have that option, I'm in complete agreement that it'd be the preferable route over a custom dropdown field.

I subscribed as well.

@Ben Dollinger "admin-level ranking or pinning controls" of Rovo agents sounds awesome! @Jensen Fleming you can count on my vote if that ends up as a JAC ticket. 😉
-
Hi @Annie Lieu . Thank you for your helpful responses! Ability to make announcements visible only to specific Atlassian Teams and Groups We are not currently using announcements, but I was thinking about using them to highlight relevant Rovo enhancements and new features. Currently, I review the plethora of Atlassian…
-
Excellent article, @Jens Schumacher - Released_so ! I recently built something very similar and it's been quite helpful. Depending on business needs, there are a couple variations that can be considered: * Use the built-in "Product Requirements Guide" agent rather than creating a new one for this use case* Advantage =…

Hi @Clare Vivarelli . Thanks for offering this opportunity. Our team has so many thoughts and lessons learned from a recent large enterprise implementation. Looking forward to speaking more about templates in the days ahead.
-
I concur with @Dave Mathijs on the "Jira for all teams" line of thinking. If that's the vision, having a collapsed (but not entirely hidden) development bar for teams that don't develop software adds unnecessary complexity and UI clutter. It's great for devs, but why make all non-devs have to see it?
-
Thanks so much, @Berit Schulze !!!
-
Hi @Beata Kupiec . I checked the JPD roadmap and the Atlassian Community, but haven't found any planned features or discussion around being able to link delivery items to ideas from within the delivery item itself. Let's say you already have the delivery item created in Jira and know that it should be linked to the…

Has anyone attempted to restrict scenarios to specific subsets of users? * For example - you might have an agent where the main scenario is visible to everyone. However, you may have one or more scenarios that should only be available to a subset of users (e.g. SMEs or admins). Scenarios do not currently support RBAC, so…

Thank you, @Dan Abson ! This one has been stumping me for the past few days..
-
Hi @Annie Lieu . Thanks for all the great work on these features! It's really shaping up to be a helpful product. A few prioritized wish list items from our team: * Ability to make announcements visible only to specific Atlassian Teams and Groups* For instance, we may want to announce something geared towards users of…
-
Thank you, @Jensen Fleming and team! The timing is perfect for us - we have a use case that requires this specific functionality in exactly the way you built it.
-
@Jensen Fleming thanks so much for the helpful information! That definitely gives us enough to start preparing for the upcoming release. 😊
-
Hi @Alex Chiu . Thank you for the helpful clarifications! Regarding this part: Which Atlassian apps are included?Right now, these changes apply only to Jira (software projects and business projects). There are no immediate changes to how Release tracks work for: Other Jira family products (for example, Jira Service…
-
Hi @Rob Saunders . It doesn't seem like there's been much of the way of customer-facing updates since the "Units" feature was announced at Team EU. Are there any recent updates for "Units" or the non-Vortex to Vortex migration?
-
Hi @Yana . It was nice speaking with you back in August. Have there been any updates on the timeline for larger orgs with the older user management configuration? This JAC ticket hasn't seen any public-facing comments since it was created: [AX-472] Support migration/organisation consolidation of larger organisations into…

@Darryl Lee this is another great example of how the release notes / communication process could be tightened up at Atlassian. It seems like teams may be given a bit too much flexibility around how / when to communicate changes like this. It might make sense within Atlassian to not be very prescriptive to maintain high…
