Hi @Kevin Song and welcome to the community. Based on your clarification, I recommend using Jira Service Management to set up a request portal where customers can submit machine requests. Your Customer Service team can manage these requests directly through the platform. For more details on Jira Service Management, please…

Hi @Jill Vieregge , Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to change the frequency of draft saving in Confluence Cloud. If you have concerns about data loss, you can also consider using a backup solution for your Confluence Cloud instance. Several third-party backup solutions on Atlassian Marketplace can help you…

Hi @Franco Cravero and welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Have you checked your email's junk/spam folder and your email filter rules? If these actions cannot solve the problem, I highly recommend reaching out to the Atlassian Technical Team at Atlassian Support. I hope this will help!

Hi @Miron Ivano _Worklog360_ , Thank you for giving our TimePlanner a shoutout 🙌 This is really insightful. Also, as our co-worker Annie@DevSamurai has pointed out, TimePlanner offers even more features that you might find interesting when it comes to having an overview of the data. Customizable Dashboard is one of them.…

OMG speaking of... I literally had no experience when it came to swimming and 'water' in general. I was born and grew up on a highland in extreme weather, so there is no swimming pool in my hometown. Then I moved to the city for university, where, ironically, I had to pass the swimming lesson to graduate. Of course, I…

Hi @Weiting , as far as I understand, you can set up the Knowledge Base via Jira Service Management, and set the space as Anyone for public access, without logging into it. In your JSM project, go to Project Settings > Knowledge Base > Edit space permission. I hope this helps!
-
Thank you @Steve P , have a nice day! 🌟
-
Hi @Steve P , you may want to try the Knowledge Base function of Jira Service Management. Here are some helpful documents: * How knowledge management works in Jira Service Management * How to set up your knowledge base I hope this will help!

Hi @Stefan Pincus , for Confluence you can also adjust it via the Look and Feel in your account setting. Settings > Scroll down abit to see the "Look and Feel" > Customize Navifation
-
To be precise, the document provides instructions on searching for issues in a project. It includes two examples, one from the JSM board and the other from the Software project board, which causes confusion. 🤭
-
Hi @Stefan Pincus and welcome to the Community! Did you mean the main horizontal navigation bar in Atlassian products when you mentioned "Menu bar"? If so, you can go to your Jira Settings > Systems > Look and Feel to customize it. I hope this helps!
-
Hi @Kaleb and welcome to the community. It seems that the part you have mentioned above is for a Software Project board, not a JSM board. Can you go check it again?
-
Hi @Manojkumar Mahalingam , as @Seon Shakespeare mentioned, you can adjust the page permission to transfer the page responsibility. What I can add to it is that you can also adjust the space permission. Navigate to the Space Settings > Space Permissions > Add a new internal user > Edit permissions accordingly. Big note:…

Hi @Srikant_Vijayendran , allow me to clarify your situation. What you mean is to see the left panel like the attached image? Just a heads up, the left panel in Jira can be collapsed or expanded. Look for a small arrow on the left edge of the screen. Clicking this should expand or collapse the left panel.

Hi @Piotr Witka , my apologies for the late response. I would say both of the apps are beneficial in many ways, depending on your needs. If you're looking for a user-friendly and affordable solution of asset management, AssetIT would be top of mind. Meanwhile, if you're an expert in Jira Service Management, familiar with…

Hi @dfine As far as I understand, there are a couple of possibilities that lead to the challenges you're facing, even as an admin: 1. Workflow and Column Mapping: In Jira, columns on the board represent workflow statuses. The inability to move columns might be due to a mismatch between your board columns and the configured…
-
Hi @Mario Amaya As far as I understand, you can only create and manage the resolution time, but not extend it. You may want to try other 3-rd party plugins for Jira on the Atlassian Marketplace to see if they can meet your needs. So far I can recommend the SLA time and report plugin for Jira by SaaSJet. It's also free for…
-
Hi @Suyeon , welcome to the Community, As far as I understand, to make a page public, you can: * Set Up Public Access: you can refer to this document by Atlassian, regarding setting up control over whether spaces can allow public links or not, then share the URL of the Confluence space with the public. The document will…

Hi @Yatish Madhav As far as I understand, Customers: Customers are users who create requests through the customer portal or by email. Customers do not have access to the Jira Service Management project view used by Jira administrators or Jira Service Management agents. Customers can: * Create, comment on, and track…

Hi @Abdelazeem Welcome to the community! May I check if the customer notification setting was updated? The notification scheme might be configured to block customer notifications. You can check for it at Project Settings > Customer Notifications.

Hi @Elizabeth Styles , Here is the breakdown of the 3 Admin Role Levels, as far as I understand: 1. Organization Admin: Highest level of permission in JSM Cloud. Manages users and groups for the entire organization across all Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Accesses organization settings at…

Thank you @Frankie C_ :D

Thank you @Kelsey Van Scoy for such a great article!

Hi @Anita Pallas Unfortunately, Confluence itself doesn't offer a built-in report that shows user access details for all pages at a global or space level. However, there are workarounds you can explore: 1. Using Confluence Search: You can leverage Confluence search with advanced filters to identify pages a specific user…

Hi @Felipe Lin I am glad that your problem has been solved! In case you ever face that problem again, let just check for all kinds of permissions (Space permission, Global permission, etc.) and if it still persists, feel free to contact the Atlassian technical team to get assistance. Thank you gain for your patience and…
-
Hi @Felipe Lin Apart from space permission, we do have Global Permission Settings. Here is for your reference: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-site-level-permissions/ I hope this will solve your problem.

Hi @Felipe Lin and welcome to the Community! As far as I understand, there are some aspects related to the issues you are facing: * Regarding the visibility of a space from a user that you don't recognize, it might be affected by the permission settings. The Confluence admin might have given all users access to certain…
