Hi @Aswathi D , a board usage is available to users who can view the saved filter on which the board is based. So, you can restrict board access by updating the permissions of the board filter:

My previous companies used Viewtracker app as well, great tool! :D

Hi @Herbert Meschede perhaps you can consider establishing "guest space" for each external customers, check out: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Collaborate-with-anyone-anywhere-with-Confluence-guests-GA/ba-p/2396148

Hi @Aleksandra Magott The changes were announced in this post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/A-brand-new-space-navigation-experience-is-coming-to-Confluence/ba-p/2423015 "Archived Pages and the Bulk Archive feature will now be accessible from the "Space settings" section."

Hi @Jyotika Patil , In Jira, you can define the field behavior through field configuration. And this can be applied to specific projects. Check out these steps and resources: 1. Create a New Field Configuration Scheme: go to "Fields" > "Field configuration schemes" 2. Configure the Field: within the Field Configuration…

Hi @Ninfa Borth Altadonna , I'm afraid it's not possible to create roadmap planner macro from Confluence table. I noticed you're using Premium plan, perhaps you can connect Confluence project page with a live Advanced Roadmaps plan? Although it's limited to the permission settings you have on Advanced Roadmaps (so some…

October has arrived! Looking forward to all the fun demos and learn about extended use cases with Atlassian products! :D

Hi @Alex Huber , you'd likely need Confluence Premium/Enterprise to access this feature through Confluence Analytics: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/ Otherwise, there are some options from 3rd-party…

A bit late to the party, but always good to catch up on a good podcast. Lots of great knowledge & ways of working from aerospace innovations that I wound't be able to come across often :)

Hi @Jerlyn flora , That's the expected Jira behavior, parent's estimate is independent of the subtask estimates. The roll-up value is basically just the estimates total of parent and subtasks. You'd see that the Time remaining field must be manually adjusted if you want to subtract the work log on subtasks.

Hi Maria, yes there should be an option to Restore an older version of the page. Can you confirm if you've access the Page History and see the same versions list as stated on this documentation? https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-history-and-page-comparison-views-139379.html You should also have the Restore option…
-
Hi @Anja Kornacki , welcome to the Community! The features you mentioned are typically unique to “Gantt chart” solutions. While Advanced Roadmaps is an incredible tool for managing project portfolio, it lacks the “critical path” capability. There are some workaround like “issue flagging” or “issue link” that can be used to…

Hi @Stephanie Hurt There are 2 ways I'd recommend: 1. Use Confluence advanced search, you'll be able to narrow down by parent page by filtering "Content under" 2. Essentially the same process, you can also insert the "page tree search" macro on a page, then users can directly search content within a page tree: I hope this…

Hi @Dabin Daniel Sundaram , Confluence site admin can create a global template that can be used by any space. If you're not site admin, please get them to add your template, go to Settings > Configuration > Global Templates and Blueprints
-
Hi @Christian Lakin Dick your templates will remain. For more information you can check out: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-happens-when-an-account-is-deactivated-vs-deleted/
-
Hi @Malena Arduino, you would need to check the Space permissions - it's a separate setting from page restrictions.
-
Thank you @Saralie S. and team, it's been really fun (and rewarding) to contribute to the Atlassian community! Everyone is truly so supportive around here :D
-
Hi @Hámori Gergő, I assume by "license not through my orgnization," you mean these users are not part of your Confluence user group? In this case, you can invite external users to your Confluence site by granting them Guest access, here's more detail about…

Hi @Ginger , unfortunately, blogs are automatically organized in order of posting date and it's not possible to move them like regular pages. There's a related feature request that you can track: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-11740

Hi @Dev , You can enable the "Releases" view on your project timeline, but you'll only see the high-level overview, not the specific issues in each release. If you need a more comprehensive visualization, you might want to check out Marketplace apps: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=gantt Cheers,

Hi @Kevin Dickson You mentioned that you want to "base my swimlanes on Epics, with them expanding to Features, and then to Stories" , so if I understand it correctly, the intended hierarchy would be Epic - Feature - Story - Subtask. But since you renamed Epic to Feature, your "Feature" issue type is now the parent level…
-
I believe you can install Behaviours for Scriptrunner cloud to accomplish this. It's a free app for Scriptnner users :)
-
Hi @Sorin Julman , are you using Standard Jira Software or Premium version? By default, Jira only supports a 3-level hierarchy which is Epic -> Story -> Sub-task. You can consider a few options to customize the hierarchies: - Get Jira Premium which comes with Advanced Roadmaps - it lets you add new levels above Epic, in…

Hi everyone, it's good to be here :) My name is Linh, I've completed a few Scrum training, and am a certified SAFe 6 Agilist. I started my agile [learning] journey as a marketer. I wrote about my experience running agile marketing team if you're interested (although it needs some updating 😅). Recently, after transitioning…

Hi @Praveen P, perhaps you could check the notification settings of your Confluence site, under Further configuration, the 'Email' notification should be enabled.
-
I'm glad it works! Please accept my answer if you find it helpful :D
-
Hi @azaandam I see. You can find the configuration tool here (see the arrow) And then find the Start date and Due date fields, add them to your issue layout:
-
Hi @azaandam Based on your provided context, you could try adding the work duration directly to the Epic. If you don't see the fields "Start date" and "Due date", please check the Fields configuration on the Epic issue type. I hope this works for you!

Hi @Ed Jun it sounds like the "Contributors Macro" is a better fit for your use case. Here's more info about it: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/contributors-macro-183468956.html I hope it helps!

Hi @Karen Thomas There's a small button to connect a different space in your Project Page view. Have you tried it? Or, since you're the admin, you can also configure the Project Page from your project settings: I hope this helps! :)
