It sounds like you're on a Confluence Server or Confluence Data Center installation. * When logging into Confluence, there should be a "Forgot your password?" link. Have you tried that? * If you're not the admin of your Confluence, try contacting them to help you log in?

Can you recap the open JSM-related EAPs for the Community? They occur frequently, I know - it would be good to have a reminder of what EAP's are available at a moment in time. Can include any Betas, like Virtual Agent. 🙌
